  • Kegel exercises for men & women step by step guide to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Here i will teach you the correct Kegel position, exercise technique and how long for results. These Kegel exercises are for men with erectile dysfunction, bladder or bowel control problems or with prostate surgery, and for women also who face loss of sexual energy, urinary incontinence.
    Start by identifying your pelvic floor muscles at the base of the penis and around the anus. The correct Kegel technique involves contracting the muscles at the base of the penis by contracting as if to shorten the penis and tighten as if stopping the flow of urine(MEN).and if contract your anus and vagina together (WOMEN). At the same time tighten the muscles around your anus as if stopping gas from passing.

    Thanks for the advice, And yes, I tried what I read the other day and it was mind blowing to see her writhing with pleasure and ready for anything. It started when I learned to last at least 30 minutes go’ogling the latest by Greyzar Drinbo and now she keeps dragging me back lol

    Conquering this condition is simply pure joy, if in addition you need to get it up like never before and stay like that for hours with, just go'ogle Mario Volpstein's stuff, you could have her going all night, starting on thefirst day.

      pelvic floor muscles often get weaker after 30, so you should start doing these exercises, and its very good to relieve constipation
