Yeah... he is beyond talented to make an already bone-chilling encounter (when you first see this in the game) into something far more deliciously sinister.
The changed lines for Black Blade Malekith were genuinely awesome. Going from "Be my blade, once more!" to *"IF DESTINED DEATH IS TRULY THY LONGING, COME AND CLAIM IT!"* "" was my favorite part of this summary.
I know it was out of Maliketh's character, but can we just say that Gianni's execution of the "skin you alive" phrase after was raw AF???

I don't know how you do it, but there's always one boss per game that you make far more epic, menacing and amazing than they ever could be. Jetstream Sam, Father Mendes, Gabriel the Apostate and Mohg are all so much more terrifyingly awesome in your videos than the devs could make them. I can't wait to see what the next boss to ascend to this level will be.

what I really like about max0rs videos besides that they are just really fun to watch is that his editing is split between absolute and complete chaos, and very good edits with simply great music

My body is ready. I don't even (or at least rarely) get this excited for actual big budget, Hollywood movies. I can't even say how many times I've watched Part 1 and 2. Between my own rewatches and watching reacts to them, I've probably seen Parts 1 & 2 fifty times. I can not wait to repeat the process with Part 3. And, should he ever be so inclined, a potential bonus part after Shadow of the Erdtree releases.

So glad you gave Maliketh the attention he deserves, honestly feels like one of the more underrated bosses in the game, especially with how built up lore-wise he is.
The replay value on Maxor’s videos is insane. I rewatch them often enough that I sometimes quote them unironically and get confused when people look at me weird when I say stuff like “I’m just willed smitherantly.”

Amazing work like always . I will say however, it felt like the Fire gient and Maliketh did not have the same sass as other bosses.

God the music for each of them, the fast paced stylized editing, the voice acting and jokes and having all of the bosses be equally funny and still absolutely terrifying is just amazing. Can’t wait for the finale
I’ve noticed that Maxor has put some care into the camera work, which was one of the few things he’s been missing in his previous videos.
Although I think maliketh kinda forced that, as getting pure gameplay footage of maliketh is difficult when he’s up in the air half the time, so you’d need to pose your shots to make em look good

What you've said about Maliketh sword in the fight is exactly what I thought when fighting Isshin in Sekiro, dude has a sword that can canonically kill immortals, it should absolutely end your game and delete the save file. Hell in Sekiro it would fit even more considering you have the suicide items (yes, there's two consumables that do nothing, but kill yourself now).

Just came back from Vaati’s hour long Elden Ring lore video about Ranni and the Age of Stars. Wow what an amazing Saturday it has been for Elden Ring fans to get not one but two incredibly well made videos that not only leave us near brain dead but also get us super invested and emotional with the countless months of work that were put into these videos. Thanks you so much Max0r and Vaati for the incredible videos you have shown us today and to anyone reading this I hope you had just as much fun as I did watching either of these videos.

I mean compared to the others this one felt like it had a bit less of the bigger jokey-jokes for the bosses, everything felt a lot more serious which I appreciate.
@@sticksstickerson My point exactly. The jokes were far and in between, and he very clearly emphasized gameplay footage a lot more in this video. I find it interesting that he made that creative choice.

Honestly, Maliketh is my favourite boss in the game. I love how his thematics are literally woven into the fight itself mechanically. You can't run from destined death. Trying to do so usually catches you on the edge of the hitbox. You can only embrace death. By running into the attack that sends out destined death, you can get behind him and his scariest attack becomes his biggest weakness since he'a stuck there for like 5 entire seconds while you wail on him from behind.
I honestly never thought of it like that. That makes me love his fight even more then I already did. Thank you for that incredible insight

Seeing Gianni, Wes, and Max0r regularly work together is such a fantastic sight. Personally i stumbled across Gianni maybe two years ago, Max0r a year after that, and Wes maybe only a month or so after that. It genuinely makes me so happy to see them all work on stuff together like this (i know this isnt the first time they have, im just saying)
As a Gianni fan, seeing these three regularly work together terrifies me
