I sat next to Rob Mac at a baseball game. Made nonchalant conversation with him throughout the game but never mentioned recognizing him at any point. Towards the end, my ex girlfriend, in what was the only good thing she ever did, interjected into the conversation and said “so what do you do?” He said “I work in Hollywood.” She said “oh like movies?” He said “no, I have a tv show.” She asked which one and he said IASIP. She looked at me and said “don’t you watch that?” I looked at him and said “I have seen every episode multiple times, it’s my favorite tv show ever, I have been watching since season 1”. He was so surprised and appreciative that I didn’t geek out on him. We ended up going out for a drink after, he gave me his cell number, and we kept in touch for years. He is an amazing guy. Not at all the Mac from the show.
Its Always Sunny is possibly the funniest show ever written for television

Wear clothes, say words. Genius level stuff. I like it when good actors admit it's just not THAT big of a deal. I really hate it when "The Great Actors" pretend it's the most demanding thing anyone could possibly ever do. Gimme a break.
On the other hand, there are also a lot of genuinely terrible actors, and good golly is that hard to watch. Some of them are REALLY rich and famous too... which probably says more about the demographic they cater to than about acting itself.

I feel like most normal people are just saying yes because they know better than to pass up the opporutinty to smoke weed with a legend. I found it very odd that Jimmy even said that. He's been very successful. He's been doing IASIP for over 10 years now. Not many Hollywood greats can have that longevity with just 1 show. Now he's branched out to Mythic Quest, it's awesome!

I live in Wrexham, we're a small town in North Wales an it still has not set in that Ryan and Rob have bought our team 😳 I know a few people who work on the team who have spoken to them, they're apparently really kind an funny. Since covid all the local businesses have shut down an its more like a ghost town now 😔 but I can't wait to see the kind of development this deal brings to our town! 🥳🥳 these guys are ace!

I agree. I was born and grew up in Wrexham, my grandad lived on the Mold Road just opposite the ground. We walked past it pretty much everyday as children and was always in awe of the players and their theater on a Saturday afternoon with the noise and the bright lights from the floodlights. I have since relocated for work but wish to return. It is truly heart warming and with great pride that Wrexham Football club and the town of Wrexham is being mentioned globally, shining a light on Wales. I wish all the very best with the on-pitch and off-pitch adventure. I always carry my Wrexham scarf wherever I go. Diolch.
I'm from Wrexham but lived in the USA permanently since 2009. Knowing how many connections both the USA (on a whole) and Pennsylvania has with Wales, it's a match made in heaven.

This is one of THE best interviews from Jimmy Kimmel on this show I enjoyed all of it
Honestly, he really made me laugh a couple of times, and which is unusual, for the most part I find Jimmy to be kind of like an awkward uncle, but with a couple of shots in him he definitely felt like a chill and cool uncle, maybe he should have a segment where he has drinks with celebrities and gets into deeper conversation?
Easily one of Jimmy's best interviews. Everyone had a great time making and viewing this! Spread the cheer, we need it! Happy Cinco, ¡¡Salud!!

Mac... a Philly hero, and genuinely good human being. I am so happy for all his success. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (that's right.. wrote it all out!) is wonderful and authentically the city I adopted 23 years ago.
RM is one of my heroes. Sir Charlie as well. Actually everyone from Its Always Sunny. Wish I could make jokes and write for a living. But these guys definitely had to sacrifice and be brave as hell to get so far

@@yasminegomez5862 not even close. Mythic Quest is super woke. Sunny wasnt afraid of offending people and thats what makes it so good.
It's an amazing comedy. If people are thrown it's because they can't relate to this younger gamer culture (and tech business culture and lots of current pop culture sure) upon which this show is built. IASIP is the best at "crazy" comedy, Mythic Quest has a bit of that but leans a bit more towards clever comedy. It shares some of that vibe that Community had (co creator was a the writer from community that went through that sexual harassment with Dan Harmon - they got past that).
It deserves to be spoken along side with both shows but it does it's own thing so you can't rank it among them really. It's THE BEST at doing is own kind of comedy and I hope people watch it so that it has a long run. Rob is GREAT in it, the rest of the cast is amazing too. All very different kinds of funny.
It's easy to see why Ryan likes Rob..
