I actually grew up watching the Snorks. I remembered liking this more than the Smurfs. The Smurfs just seemed a bit too babyish and slow, when I was younger. I enjoy both now but I still prefer the Snorks over the Smurfs. Heck, they even have a kick ass theme song that you can't deny!
Smurfs are stuck with middle age technology, so they wouldn't have any modern technology. Also it doesn't help that most Smurfs look the same and are only named after a single personality trait.

The uncle guppies before the bubble guppies got popular 😆 in seriousness though- the snorks would always come on late at night on Boomerang when I was almost passing out, mom brings you a late night snack and some milk on a Friday night after a week of Pre-K, no stress no worries.
