Great way to instill confidence in your company. The video doesn't have anything to do with fitting a tension ring crystal. Nice job Esslinger!

I don't know who they pay to make these terrible videos but it's way too much. The video where they say how to match a caseback gasket has totally wrong information in it haha.

"leave the tension ring on the table while installing the crystal"...

This does not actually show how to fit the crystal with the tension ring. The tension ring is left to the side in the video. How do do fit with the tension ring?

Julian Morgan-Jones Sorry to mention you, but the pressing portion doesn't even depict the same (tension ring, acrylic) crystal bring pressed, but a mineral or sapphire crystal bring pressed, and into a completely different watch case! Clarification from Esslinger and Company could be helpful...

The watch in the beginning and reassembled at the end is a Bulova Accutron. The watch that is pressed in the close up shot doesn't have a tension ring crystal, it's not even the same watch!

I recently bought 2crystals from you, and try to press them into the watch, but it doesn't go in and won't hear a click no matter how hard I compress. Please help...

For goodness sake! This is NOT a tension ring crystal. How amateurish is that?

Got a tension ring crystal that was an exact match for my watch's original in eery dimention. It immediately broke using the same press lol.

    Remove tension ring
    Set it on the bench
Press a different style crystal in
Throw tension ring in the trash
Congratulations, you’ve just installed a crystal with tension ring!
