@@MohawkMotorsware do I tie in the C100 and C101 the 3 plugs on the passenger side by the shock tower ? Do they just tie into the PCM or run to the fuse box and PCM ? Please if you can help me out I would appreciate it sir
You got me started with the LM4 out of the Envoy. You replied to a Facebook thread with your video link in Driveway engineer. I found one and I'm now in the engine with lapping valves and cleanup. Mine is going into a 02 blazer Xtreme. My harness was cut when they pulled the tran. I could sure use the trans wiring you pulled. Thanks for these great videos I''ll be watching.
That's awesome!!! Glad you got one and you're getting it done, i'm assuming you're using the transmission that was attached to the lm4? Shoot me a Dm through here or through my Mohawk Motors Facebook page and we can see about getting you this transmission harness
LOL! Seriously though, just a mountain of spaghetti. No need to be sorry, there's a very small percentage of people that like doing wiring, even in tech school I was pretty much the only one that really enjoyed the wiring and electrical parts. Thank you for watching!
It would make it a very direct remove and replace job, but you would still need to get the anti theft system bypassed, removed, or reprogrammed since the ignition will not match the PCM.
Unfortunately no, both the 99 to 2007 and the 2007 and up truck/suv intake manifolds are too tall to clear the cowl. You can make them work if you're willing to modify the cowl.
This video series got me to finally pull the trigger and pick up a 4th gen fbody for v6 to v8 swap. Thank you for making this series!
Awesome! Glad to hear that and glad to inspire!!! Thanks for watching!

Hey, wouldn't a junkyard V8 Camaro harness and pcm make this a simple plug and play job?
It would make it a very direct remove and replace job, but you would still need to get the anti theft system bypassed, removed, or reprogrammed since the ignition will not match the PCM.
Do you think the 5.3 intake would fit? I'm planning on swapping a lm4 from a buick Rainier to a 99 firebird

Doesn't anyone make a harness for this swap?!
GM did. lol. I wasn't able to find any aftermarket plug and play harnesses.
