      lol, thanks. Just takes time and patience, it's actually kind of a ZEN activity for me so I dig it.

    I was waiting for this! I'm look at something very similar with the S10 blazer. PCM on the passenger inner fender and the fuse block on the drivers side. I like how you tucked the wires. Where will your fuse block be located? Are you using the camaro fuse block?

      Thanks! Yeah I'm using the camaro fuse/relay bock, it's located right behind the driver headlight on the inner fender. I figure the only real difference between the V6 and the V8 is two more cylinders, but that doesn't add enough current draw on the injector or coil power supply to stress any of the wiring or relays so the stock fuse block and relays should be just fine. Everything else is pretty much the same.

      @@MohawkMotors Ok great that's my plan. I'm planing on taking the connectors off of the blazer harness and then cut that large connector off and connect to the appropriate connector in my case there are three different ones that that plug wires will go to. BTW that large plug is a C107. I think it is found only on these LM4 engines.

      nice! That should be a clean looking install! Thank you for the connector number, C107, I was able to figure out what all the wires were to it eventually, I'll know for next time. I think you're right also, I've only seen it on the Envoys and trailblazers, the pickups and suv's I've seen all have the 3 smaller connectors.

    Can I get a ls1 harness to make it work with the v6 trans am or fire bird? will I need harness and computer or just harness?

    • @MohawkMotors
      @MohawkMotors  Před 3 lety +1

      I'm not sure I understand which way you're going? If you're going from LS1 to V6 the LS! harness and computer can be reprogrammed and reworked to run the V6, if you're going from V6 to LS1 you're going to need the computer and the harness.

      @@MohawkMotors yes am going from v6 to v8 5.3 on a firebird automatic but I want to do a manual transmission

    • @MohawkMotors
      @MohawkMotors  Před 3 lety

      You'll need the harness and computer for the V8.

      Hey did you figure out where the wires for the passenger kick panel go? That’s where I’m at now if so can I get that info? Also what about the harness under the steering wheel all were taken out.
