Sorry if I missed this in a different video, but do you mind sharing your tire specifications and any suspension mods you have done (lift or leveling spacers)? Nice truck.

I have 2015 ecoboost platinum sitting in my driveway. It's the only way these trucks can't break down. Why do I say that? Just got soaked for $5500 in a single repair bill. My piece of garbage has only been seen on time on schedule at the same dealership. Mine is fully loaded: Leather heated seats, sprayed bed liner, roll and lock bed cover, cameras all around. Ironically it also has an extended gas tank. Sad cause these piles only get 14 miles to the gallon. That highly bragged about aluminum body won't protect you or your family from a drunk angry squirrel. Didn't know I had a lemon on my hands until the dealership couldn't explain how routine maintenance all of sudden costs $5500. I drive my wife's old station wagon. Save your save a ton of cash and buy a GMC, Dodge, Chevy or ride the bus.

I know it wasn’t your intention but that post made me lol. Sorry to hear of your troubles bud, I’m in the same boat with 75K mi. What were your repairs?
Ironically, I got mine back yesterday from dealer after repairing warped and cracked driver exhaust manifold and a rear end that was cannibalizing itself. I was worried it was going to be the turbo but @ $1800 I’m not sure I faired much better with the deformed exhaust manifold. The service manager at dealership says he’s changed quite a few on the ecoboosts. Next came the rear end. So a year ago I bought a set of $1400 nitto ridge grapplers (install, balance, nitro filled) for the truck being touted as the best performing/riding all terrain tire but shortly after install they became incredibly noisy around 40-50mph. I felt like a jerk off spending all that money on tires that sounded like they cost $500. Low and behold, it was the rear end all along making the noise, not the tires. Now I’m hard on my trucks (see other vids lol) but never have I or the service manage heard of a rear end going out at 75K mi. This was another $1800.
Why stop there? In 2017 with waround 25K mi my throttle body malfunctioned and the truck would go into limp mode upon trying to accelerate past 2500K rpm. $650 repair but truck was still under warranty. In 2018 the panoramic roof leaked and flooded front interior after a heavy rain storm. In 2020 while deep in the Smoky Mountains she cracked a spark plug and I had to drive a whole day on a dead cylinder. That was fun diagnosing way out there but an easy fix. In 2021 the rear power sliding window track came unglued and window fell into truck. It’s now gorilla glued.
All that said, I still love this truck. Perhaps I’m just a sadist who enjoys the abuse. Looking back, I knew better than to buy the first year of a new model but originally got a great deal on it. If I get another 3yrs & 50K mi out of her with no major issues I’ll stick by it being a great deal. Stay tuned. 😬

Almost forgot, she ate up her tie rods around 50K mi lol. Replaced with Moog for a total cost of $400.

Update. Torque converter is causing some hefty vibration under high load / low rpm, as when truck is on an incline like going up a bridge. Ford wants $3600 to repair it. 😊

I gotta 13 and drive mine like a stole it sometimes and it’s never even made even a grunt. If I get cam phaser noise I use motor medic engine flush and I’m good to go. Went 20k miles and haven’t had the start up rattle again. Absolutely love this truck. It’s a 13 platinum

@@AD-dw6cbso take ur drive shaft off. Undo the wire and lines from the transmission. Take the bell housing bolts off and slide the transmission off and get a new torque converter put on.
