- On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Dina, Soul Steeper deck from the Magic the Gathering set Strixhaven. Dina is a Legendary Dryad Druid that has the ability to drain your opponents whenever you gain life. We built this deck to gain incremental life each turn so that we can take maximum advantage of Dina's ability, which only triggers once for any amount of life gained. This deck has a lot of synergy with gaining life and draining your opponent's life. While the budget of this deck is set at $100, we also added 5 non-budget options to the deck with cards to remove if you are looking for an upgraded version of the deck.

The deck looks great, I feel like $100 is a sweet-spot when it comes to EDH decks! I'm a fan of the more focused breakdown of the deck which focuses more on what makes the deck tick.
Perhaps you can include more broad categories like 'Ramp' as well (so everyone can see ALL the cards in the deck), but skim over them quickly? For example, you can show the deck has a bunch of mana dorks for ramping, but you don't read their text boxes and stats. Just their names and the fact they're there to help you ramp.
With Exquisite Blood you don't need Sanguine Bond, either Vito, Dina or the Marauding Blight Priest will suffice
Since Dina already fulfills the combo with Exquisite Blood, I'd recommend swapping out Sanguine Bond with Chain of Smog. It's MUCH cheaper, and it gives you yet another infinite combo in the same deck (with Witherbloom Apprentice).

can i play these commander deck 1v1? i tried to play with my brother, but it was a slugg-fest, very sluggish, tried a deck with Mikaeus, he was in the command zone the intire game, i dont know.... // how should one think about commander 1v1? do i need to pick a specific 1v1 commander deck?.... or is regular edh viable with only 2 players?

Why run bond if you have Dina? Sure it's a 1 ping but still infinite
False. Dragon shield does not make some of the best sleeves. They make THE BEST deck sleeves.
