When you mentioned being Missouri I was wondering if you knew on Dennis' site, but you answered that question for me. I'm really enjoying all of the UC videos so when I begin building mine I'll have a clue 🙂
@@xpsgarage I'm going to try scratch building, including the 1/2VW. I might have to resort to some kit parts because I don't have access to an 8' brake to bend the ailerons.
@@garyplewa9277 I'll have to double check the plans but I'm fairly sure you can get by with a 4' brake on the ailerons. You just have to build an extra aileron rib for each side to fasten it together.
Is it possible to get a copy of the product? I want these GA30-618 wings from an ultracruiser for a small plane. I'm building a PIK-26. You would help me a lot. I need to get to 103. Can you help me? I just need a drawing of the wing rib. You will help me a lot.

I find that building from scratch is more satisfying in the end. It can also save some money but takes more time. I figure time enjoyed is not wasted.

Yes I got to talk to Dennis last year at Oshkosh. Are you planning to kit build or scratch build?

what type of Alu is that and thickness?
It's all 6061 T6. The spar attach piece is .020" and the rest is .016"
