Stayed in few Best Western hotels. Excellant rooms, Brilliant room service and breakfast in comfortable restaurants. Brilliant stays. As for Britannia. Absolute dumps. Every building Britannia own get run into the ground... literally scraping the barrel level of service.
One near me former Best Western sold to Holiday Inn. Yup sent £4.5m on refurbishment. Had a meeting there once in Wigston Leicester. Only 2 miles from home.
Yeah best Western are good but seems to have sold loads off recently or left places

Best Western can still be booked online. But it's a new build soulless edifice like those near airports etc. Probably keeping hold of most profitable ones.

Yeah so many Best Westerns have gone under now byt agreed so much gets left behind and wasted
