The “other hospital” you seen in the distance, was actually the nurses home for the staff originally, and then became the college for nursing and midwifery in Lanarkshire! ❤

That’s not a car park. That’s where the buses used to stop. The train and bus service used to come into the grounds. That’s not a fire escape. That’s the bridge that used go over the railway at Hartwood station. Before they electrified it. That was just a few years ago. They moved it there because the people who bought the hospital planned to use it. The buildings within the grounds were pulled down to stop people setting them on fire.

@@BeardedReality nae bother. Recently things have changed a lot here. Before Taylor bought the building all the other building still stood. It was a self contained unit. Grew their own food, the resivoir fed its water system. The people who still live here in the village worked there.
