Thermal has one issue. I was out with a friend foxing. He was thermal spotter and I was digi. He picked up a signature. When we got into position, we ID a roe couched and a munty feeding. Both very clear and shootable if the thermal spotter was a rifle scope. However, the reality was different. Through my digital they were 99% obscured with a wedge/span of vegetation. Ok - a centre fire round may have got from A to B through it but it could have been a miss or wounding. I would suggest (subject to style and quarry and flora etc.) it is safer to run thermal as a spotter and digi as the rifle scope because it will show vegetation a thermal may easily miss. If your on flat agricultural or low height vegetation moorland or the like then fine. Both have limitations and both can work well and add another layer of safety and assessment for you
Very interested in a thermal sight. Rodents love attacking my small vegetable garden every year and this year I got a pellet rifle to protect my plants. I live in the US but love the stuff you guys do!

Try looking through some higher end thermal scopes and you can see exactly what your looking/shooting at!
@@nigelbase1196 well that's fine if you have 2 to 5 grand to buy high end thermal. Most don't.
