The line "You make Daddy so angry" is a running joke from slightly after The Whole Being Dead Thing Part 2. Someone did an animatic for it, and Beetlejuice looks at Adam and goes, "You don't recognize me? I'm your father." I lost it when I finally figured that out.
No it's not, that part of the other animatic is in the actual show, I've seen it. Also, he refers to himself as 'daddy' because he is flirting with Adam. Beetlejuice basically just flirts with everyone. Calling someone 'daddy' can refer to a dad, or or someone who you think is um.... pretty let's say......

So fun fact- Alex Brightman actually has a rare mutation where he can squeeze together these extra flaps in his throat and make that gruff sound without hurting his vocal chords. He's talked about it in interviews and how it's actually harder on his voice to sing normally. The understudies can't do it, so it's easy to tell the difference. Alex says he encourages them to find their own version of the BJ voice that's sustainable and won't damage their vocal chords.

I'm pretty sure it is Alex. He has this special voice for Bj, and in the video he's in, he doesn't use it. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure. Also, if I am wrong, I apologize for being an idiot.
The Last Guardian The Dialogue st the beginning and in the middle is Will Blum, Alex’s Understudy. Understudies most of the time do the live performances in public places / events :) The audio also includes the Maitlands understudies too with Will. Hope that clears it up
I think my favorite segment of this phenomenal animatic ( and boy is it hard to choose!) was the portion where they’re mentioning things they ‘hate’.
The way the camera moves the focus past the Maitlands towards an increasingly despairing Beetlejuice is just GOLD.
So this may be a bit odd, but I absolutely love the animation of Beej smiling after Adam expresses his excitement in learning to throw his voice. Like the smile is just so smooth and feels natural. Love the animatic overall but that smile was flawless 💖
I literally cannot get over how perfect this animatic is, especially for this song. Even when you added the stage audio, it’s gorgeous. I imagined something similar to this in my head, but your rendition is SO much better. Bravo to you my friend! 💗

This one of THE B E S T beetlejuice animatics I’ve ever seen. It’s smooth, has an excellent art style, very clean, realistic but funny movements, and an incredible incorporation of the album and live performances. Absolutely amazing.
I have only seen these versions of Adam and Barbara for 2 weeks but if anything happened to them I would kill everyone in this room and then myself. You made them too adorable.
