330g lowest fat cream cheese
350g 0% fat greek yoghurt
50g crunchy biscoff spread
16 lotus biscuits
50g truvia for baking (or other granulated sweetener
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 whole eggs
30g vanilla whey protein powder
MACROS (per serving - 1/8th of the cheesecake):
Protein: 15g, Carbohydrates: 20g, Fat: 8g, Calories: 212

Theres a recipe for cottage cheese cake. It's about 2 parts cottage cheese to 1 part Greek yogurt. Blend for several minutes until smooth. I also add a shot of lemon juice and buttermilk if available to amp up the sour notes. It's near zero fat, so it definitely isn't as creamy. However, but topped with fruit, it does taste like dessert.

is there anything i can use instead of protein powder?
You can remove the protein powder entirely if you like but it will reduce the protein content by a lot, obviously. Besides that I wouldn’t know what a good protein powder substitute would be 🙈

You could try it? I always found that cottage cheese in baking tastes terrible though 😞 But completely up to you to try this recipe with some - I never have!
