I had heard the Sport model didn't have a rotating screen, but maybe it's just a standard thing on all the trims options now. I have a Sport trim on order, that's why that feature caught my attention. However, the rotating screen didn't really matter to me.

Interestingly, I think you may have some version of 2.0 software. I just got updated to 2.0 (2/3) today, and my trips screen only now looks like what you showed here. Frankly, if they didn't move the efficiency numbers elsewhere when they took them off of the Trips screen I'll be disappointed, but I haven't had an opportunity to dig through the menus yet to see.

Congratulations. My wife and I, here in Phoenix, locked-in a white Sport trim in late January. No word yet on delivery, but that's okay we're not in a rush. Our utility company had a discount on a 40A JuiceBox Level 2 charger for our garage. We only paid $137 for that $549 MSRP charger. But I need to hire an electrician to set up a 240-volt NEMA 14-50 plug outlet. Good to see some of the features of the Sport trim. I'm actually glad there is no tray in the center console. More room for things I like to keep handy in that compartment.
I’ll do features very soon! Get a Hubbel or Bryant brand 14-50 outlet. They are the most robust. I also am happy without the taco tray. Good luck with your Sport, Cheers!

Hey, congrats Adam! - your excitement is obvious! I’ve always tuned into your channel because you had a balanced approach with a slight bit of skepticism, which I relied on to make my decision to buy my ‘mariana’-girl FOO… it was a ‘rescue’ -cuz I could get it more quickly! Got Costco? I think they sell WallBox. Your level 2 may have just needed time to communicate, my Tesla charger did the same 1st time w same adaptor. Oh, and the app may need a little more time, mine does the same. Another aside on you charging setup - even tho I can do electrics, I had a real electrician add a 14-50 NEMA when my solar was installed a couple of yrs ago, and when charging my T3, I would on occasion be reduced to 1-2kw. Noodled around a bit an found that not all 14-50s are created equal. I bought a ‘commercial’ grade (about $30 difference) …it has torque specs. So, (depending on the length of your cable run), with a change of your dryer plug, you may be able to get closer 7kw- not sure tho?

Hello Adam I am very pleased for you, such a long wait! This is as predicted, a very good value for money car, I was never sure I would be happy paying 60+ for the same clone with a few bells and whistles. I got to drive a Volvo EX30 today, quite disappointing. One pedal drive is lame, it doesn't stop the car at all. Voice functions are limited and too much on that touchscreen for me, otherwise it drove OK. I'm looking forward to driving the Macan EV this summer, I might be tempted to sell a kidney to buy one 🤣

Congrats on your Sport! I have 20” on my Ocean One and agree the car rides great. Looks like you’ll need to use your USB port to charge your phone. My 14 w/case charges fine in the phone charge slot.
Congrats Adam on your Ocean! Looks great in white and with these wheels. My spec if I decide to order. I think Hyper mode and Hollywood mode are temporary unlocked for a few months. At least that’s what the salesman (here in the Netherlands) told me… like giving candy, then taking it away. Couple of questions: 1. What's the sound quality like (sound system)? 2. Is the glass roof any different than on other trims (beside from not opening). Is there a beam across the back seat passengers heads? 3. Can you show us the EcoFabric seats a bit better in daylight? 4. Does the Sport trim has a profile / memory function for different drivers? Like saved infotainment settings, seat and steering wheel, etc? 5. Did it come with floor mats (as standard)? 6. Are the rear quarter windows tinted (privacy glass) like the back window? Love watching your content, can’t wait to see more of your new ride!

Comments Ride - I’m used to Range Rovers and new style Land Rover Defenders on air springs and I was amazed how good the Ocean Extreme I test drove over really really badly potholed roads on 22” wheels and coil springs, very impressive. Great to see the Sport doesn’t have the cubby box Taco tray, it takes up too much space in there for my liking and will remove it if my Sport comes with it. Question - does the Sport have a steel roof or a fixed glass panoramic one? On the UK builder on the app and website it’s very hard to tell from the images and there isn’t a glass one listed in the specs.

Congrats on your new Ocean Adam! I'm an Ocean One owner since November. While my experience hasn't been perfect I agree that the smoothness of the ride is really top notch! Also, I've seen a real commitment from Fisker to take care of some nagging ADAS issues / errors in the last couple weeks. I had a tech out just today to install 2.0 for me and said he will be back on Tuesday to recalibrate some sensors to hopefully get it fully working properly.
I had a similar charging experience with a Juicebox L2 charger. I plugged in two Juicebox units and they both just blinked green. By happenstance, I tried the units a second time and they worked.
Congratulations, Adam! I love your excitement. Six weeks in I’m still loving mine every day and even today’s earnings call can’t damper my spirit about the car! Also, I got a flat a mag safe cover for my iPhone. Charges up, but gets hot like a potato.
I have about 10 trickle charge Samsung qi chargers I bought right when they came out because they work so well. They are all over my house. I have also had trouble with other chargers in this case. Thanks for your feedback, Cheers!
Congrats Adam and welcome in the FO owner club. I have my since 8 days and i enjoy it very much. My FO extreme shows me also software version 1.1.37 only the starting numbers are different but with features of the 1.11 e.g. trip tab on the odometer and in my case with consumption. Go for drive 😊
Congratulations Adam. Wanted to post about the Lectron adapter. I tried using it with a Tesla portable charger like yours and it failed on my i3. I tried everything and eventually returned it. Tesla Tap worked without an issue. Something to consider for anyone that has both and wants to use their Tesla charger. As you get on with your Fisker and get to discover it more what would be cool is to do a review of it on a hoist. I think there will be lots of similar reviews of inside/out/driving/charging/software. Who’s gonna do a first under the car review. What’s suspension look like. Take covers off let’s see what they got. Same for under the hood.

Adam, great! Congratulations! I have got my Extreme on the 14th of February and am very happy with it. We had a few issues (key fob etc.), but it is generally ok. The only thing which bothers me is the heating system. It es nearly impossible, to drive in earth-mode in winter time (we went for skiing to italy in the first week). It is freezing cold in the cabin. And the power consumption is quite high. But with the update, this should be better. As far as I could see, you already have the version 2.0 installed or at least parts of it. All the best from Graz...Martin

So great to hear that you've received your Sport! As one who ordered my Sport back on November 30, 2023. How long did it take for you to receive your order for your Sport? Did you receive communications/notifications as the order went into production? I suppose I'm having some difficulty deferring my gratification on this purchase without updates.
I reserved the Ocean in January of 2020. So 49 months for me, lol. When your vehicle is built you’ll get a call. It’s 5-8 weeks from there. I hope this helps, Cheers!
Hi Adam - gratz on your new car. Could u try the audio system, is it any good? And maybe in comparison to the Teslas, they are known for good audio. I have and old model S 2013, it has great audio - and the suspension is good too, very important, good to know the Fisker has good suspension too. Thx for nice vid, looking forward to many more :)
I also have an iPhone 15 Pro with a thinner leather case and it charges fine. Slow but fine. I actually prefer running a short USB-C cable in the arm rest that charges faster. Might be something to consider as the Otter case is quite thick so you can charge your phone without removing the case.
I am also considering the cable. I really like otter box cases, even though they cause this kind of disruption on some qi chargers. Thank you for sharing your experience, Cheers!
1000 km on highway. How fast can it be done? Does it rapid charge, cold charge etc? Does it precondition the battery if you navigate to the charger etc. A great way to get a feel of the car.

Great questions! I’ll provide an evidence based result for the heat pump in an upcoming video. As for the Hollywood mode: all the oceans have the same basic software while they are sorting it out. On the phone charging, I watched a video where they took a wood pencil, cut it to fit in the bottom of the slot. This gave just enough lift upward to hit the sweet spot on their phone. Hope that works for you!
Congratulations!! I canceled my Ultra because I thought it might not have Hollywood mode the hyper and fun modes and ect without paying extra. Maybe I should get it again cant wait to hear about the software update when 2.0 comes out
congrats! the one pedal kind of experience is temporary until 2.0 is fully installed. your regen will be messed-up in between also. the usb was used for updates and they forgot it outside lool
Glad you took delivery and really like it/exceeded your expectations so far. I’d be curious if the Hollywood mode and hyper modes go away once you get a complimentary update? Idk how the OTAs work with Sport and Ultra… Regarding the wireless charging, my 15 pro also didn’t charge and I tried a different case that isn’t otterbox but claims to provide robust protection but thin to wirelessly charge, and it works. So thick cases do matter. IDK about other wireless chargers outside of a car or the Ocean, but my I couldn’t charge any of my phones work or personal with the otterbox. I’d say check out alternate strong cases and see?

You discovered what a lot of us have realized -- The app sucks. More specifically, the connectivity between the vehicle and the app sucks. I've had my FOE since December. The app connects with my car in my driveway and most places only 50% of the time. The rest of the time it can't connect (and I always have a solid 4G connection and wifi in my driveway).
I know. And it fixed nothing. I'm still seeing the same issues of difficulty connecting, or reporting the incorrect battery charge.@@gabrielsantiago5752
I have a piece of a Home Depot pencil at the bottom of the phone charger area so the phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max with a case) is lifted up the mat about 7mm and it charges every time
Btw. Really should relook at ur charging set up. I don’t know about the FOS but for my FOO with such a big battery pack the thing takes longer to charge. And it may be more stress to the connectors. Just careful of fire hazard.

Remove the rubberized cover in the phone charger. Comes right off. Should be able to charge.

Congrats on your Sport! I have 20” on my Ocean One and agree the car rides great. Looks like you’ll need to use your USB port to charge your phone. My 14 w/case charges fine in the phone charge slot.

I think Hyper mode and Hollywood mode are temporary unlocked for a few months. At least that’s what the salesman (here in the Netherlands) told me… like giving candy, then taking it away.
Couple of questions:
1. What's the sound quality like (sound system)?
2. Is the glass roof any different than on other trims (beside from not opening). Is there a beam across the back seat passengers heads?
3. Can you show us the EcoFabric seats a bit better in daylight?
4. Does the Sport trim has a profile / memory function for different drivers? Like saved infotainment settings, seat and steering wheel, etc?
5. Did it come with floor mats (as standard)?
6. Are the rear quarter windows tinted (privacy glass) like the back window?

Ride - I’m used to Range Rovers and new style Land Rover Defenders on air springs and I was amazed how good the Ocean Extreme I test drove over really really badly potholed roads on 22” wheels and coil springs, very impressive.
Great to see the Sport doesn’t have the cubby box Taco tray, it takes up too much space in there for my liking and will remove it if my Sport comes with it.
Question - does the Sport have a steel roof or a fixed glass panoramic one? On the UK builder on the app and website it’s very hard to tell from the images and there isn’t a glass one listed in the specs.

Congrats on your new Ocean Adam! I'm an Ocean One owner since November. While my experience hasn't been perfect I agree that the smoothness of the ride is really top notch! Also, I've seen a real commitment from Fisker to take care of some nagging ADAS issues / errors in the last couple weeks. I had a tech out just today to install 2.0 for me and said he will be back on Tuesday to recalibrate some sensors to hopefully get it fully working properly.

I had a similar charging experience with a Juicebox L2 charger. I plugged in two Juicebox units and they both just blinked green. By happenstance, I tried the units a second time and they worked.

You probably need a mag safe case to work on that charger.
I have about 10 trickle charge Samsung qi chargers I bought right when they came out because they work so well. They are all over my house. I have also had trouble with other chargers in this case. Thanks for your feedback, Cheers!

Congrats Adam and welcome in the FO owner club. I have my since 8 days and i enjoy it very much. My FO extreme shows me also software version 1.1.37 only the starting numbers are different but with features of the 1.11 e.g. trip tab on the odometer and in my case with consumption. Go for drive 😊

Congratulations Adam. Wanted to post about the Lectron adapter. I tried using it with a Tesla portable charger like yours and it failed on my i3. I tried everything and eventually returned it. Tesla Tap worked without an issue. Something to consider for anyone that has both and wants to use their Tesla charger. As you get on with your Fisker and get to discover it more what would be cool is to do a review of it on a hoist. I think there will be lots of similar reviews of inside/out/driving/charging/software. Who’s gonna do a first under the car review. What’s suspension look like. Take covers off let’s see what they got. Same for under the hood.

Adam, great! Congratulations! I have got my Extreme on the 14th of February and am very happy with it. We had a few issues (key fob etc.), but it is generally ok. The only thing which bothers me is the heating system. It es nearly impossible, to drive in earth-mode in winter time (we went for skiing to italy in the first week). It is freezing cold in the cabin. And the power consumption is quite high. But with the update, this should be better. As far as I could see, you already have the version 2.0 installed or at least parts of it. All the best from Graz...Martin

So great to hear that you've received your Sport! As one who ordered my Sport back on November 30, 2023. How long did it take for you to receive your order for your Sport? Did you receive communications/notifications as the order went into production? I suppose I'm having some difficulty deferring my gratification on this purchase without updates.
I reserved the Ocean in January of 2020. So 49 months for me, lol. When your vehicle is built you’ll get a call. It’s 5-8 weeks from there. I hope this helps, Cheers!

I also have an iPhone 15 Pro with a thinner leather case and it charges fine. Slow but fine. I actually prefer running a short USB-C cable in the arm rest that charges faster. Might be something to consider as the Otter case is quite thick so you can charge your phone without removing the case.
I am also considering the cable. I really like otter box cases, even though they cause this kind of disruption on some qi chargers. Thank you for sharing your experience, Cheers!

Two questions: How comes it's got Hollywood mode thought the Sport came with a vertical screen? Does it have a heat pump (the information online is contradictory)?
Great questions! I’ll provide an evidence based result for the heat pump in an upcoming video. As for the Hollywood mode: all the oceans have the same basic software while they are sorting it out. That cable is a USB A extender. It allows you yo connect two USB A cables together when more length is needed.

On the phone charging, I watched a video where they took a wood pencil, cut it to fit in the bottom of the slot. This gave just enough lift upward to hit the sweet spot on their phone. Hope that works for you!

Glad you took delivery and really like it/exceeded your expectations so far. I’d be curious if the Hollywood mode and hyper modes go away once you get a complimentary update? Idk how the OTAs work with Sport and Ultra…
Regarding the wireless charging, my 15 pro also didn’t charge and I tried a different case that isn’t otterbox but claims to provide robust protection but thin to wirelessly charge, and it works. So thick cases do matter. IDK about other wireless chargers outside of a car or the Ocean, but my I couldn’t charge any of my phones work or personal with the otterbox. I’d say check out alternate strong cases and see?

Thanks for the video. When you get to your comparison to the Tesla please comment on the road noise and also the steering ratio. The extreme I drove was more 60s Cadillac than modern sports car (or modern anything).
I do not much about your driving skills, but the car is capable to do turns with a very good amount of speed. The only problem is the brake.

That cable is for the rear seat USB connectors - My Extreme also came like that with a loose passenger footwell panel, go figure.

You discovered what a lot of us have realized -- The app sucks. More specifically, the connectivity between the vehicle and the app sucks. I've had my FOE since December. The app connects with my car in my driveway and most places only 50% of the time. The rest of the time it can't connect (and I always have a solid 4G connection and wifi in my driveway).
Today the app received an update.
I know. And it fixed nothing. I'm still seeing the same issues of difficulty connecting, or reporting the incorrect battery charge.@@gabrielsantiago5752

I have a piece of a Home Depot pencil at the bottom of the phone charger area so the phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max with a case) is lifted up the mat about 7mm and it charges every time

Btw. Really should relook at ur charging set up. I don’t know about the FOS but for my FOO with such a big battery pack the thing takes longer to charge. And it may be more stress to the connectors. Just careful of fire hazard.
