*They didn't show Frieza's soldier (there was in Budokai Tenkaichi 3).* What about Future Frieza (Mecha Frieza), King Cold, all Cell forms (1st form and Semi-Perfect Cell), all Buu forms (even Evil Buu), Pikkon (a must have in the roster) and the old OVAs/Movies/Filler/GT characters? I want Super Janemba, Pikkon, Tapion, Cooler (base and final form), Metal Cooler, Android 13 (and his Super form), Broly (base, SSJ and LSSJ from the old OVA), Omega Shenron, Goku, Vegeta and Gogeta SSJ4 in the roster, also Kame House and the Hell (Janemba) playable stages. Imagine the story mode with Gogeta SSJ VS Super Janemba, my favorite movie.
Frieza Soldier might be shown in Android Saga (one of the ones Trunks Killed) or among Super characters (one of the ones Frieza brought to Earth in Resurrection F). Movie and GT characters will probably be DLC, as well as Filler ones; they seem to be focusing on Manga Canon for the base roster, and there's still a lot of OG Dragon Ball and Super characters left to put in. We'll get everyone eventually.

Kakunsa, Roasie, and Ribrianne are canon to the manga. Janemba, Pikkon, Cooler, Tapion, Z Broly, and GT characters aren't canon, so they're lower priority for base roster and will probably be added in dlc. I know you've got opinons, but they're gonna prioritize Toriyama's canon. That's just how it is.
