- This is a short explanation of how to reset the Cardo Systems scala rider G9.
This reset will erase any previous Bluetooth connections that were made to the G9 such as an intercom partner, mobile phone, GPS, or A2DP pairing. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
2011 Me and my boddy bought each a BMW F800GS and also the Scala rider G9. Today after more then 10 years collecting dust I charged and started up them with little to no hope that they would work with both battery and the new phones since them being discontinued. Just did a bluetooth reset and fired them upp to my Samsung S23. Everything work like a clockwork!

Thank you, this worked on my G9X. However, the manual for the G9X is wrong as it shows a different set of keystrokes for this procedure.

The scala rider G9x can be customized either on your device, throught the Cardo Community or via the Cardo SmartSet App (which is available for both iOS and Android phones). If you wish to change the language settings on your device, you can do so by pressing the A and B button for 2 seconds to enter the settings menu. G9 '' start connection. don't disconnect headset PROBLEM !! why ????
i connected my Samsung S4 to it and it comes up saying GPS connected, before when i had my Nokia Lumia 900 it would say Mobile Phone connected.
am i doing something worng? do you have a list of phones that will work 100% with the G9? (making phone calls and sending and receiving text via the headset)

your video response team is completely useless. half your videos are out of date, and then most videos have questions and comments that arent being responded too. get your head in the game, this is where everyone comes to check out your devices, poor form cardo.
how can I reset my G9 after a failed update? I can even not turn it on and the PC don`t recognized the G9. What can I do?

I write Cardo Systems on Facebook and they send my the support e-mail adress and I have to send it to them.

the USB-Hub don`t load the battery enough so it was just an really empty battery... 10h loading and it worked.
I just bought a g9x set, they don't work, spent hours trying everything, what a waste of money, they are going back.

Biggest piece of junk ever. Can pair but never communicate. Always says "Busy"
Most difficult device to use ever. So many stupid combinations of buttons and it just never works! Should have got a Sena.
