Happy with the Maverick
i had ordered the Maverick XLT hybrid, and it was on route to the dealer in October (after about 13 months wait) then i found a perfect used 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL W/ Activity package even in the right color if i had ordered it with only 9,500 miles. it was $8000 cheaper than my maverick would have been - and i live all the extras it has over the Maverick. the Maverick does not even offer rear window defroster- really a must in Portland Or. -the only thing i regret is the milage loss i gave into.

The one thing they never mention is the Maverick needs the turbo to match the base Santa Cruz. The Santa Cruz base can tow 1500 lbs more then the base Maverick, plus the self leveling system and the list goes on.
The recalls from Maverick no way!…performance,warranty,tech and design Santa Cruz way ahead!…
That warranty from Hyundai is enticing indeed.

Looked At Both And I like Both, Santa Cruz For Me, Better Prices, Much Better Warranty And Better Quality. Maverick, 5 Recalls, Sticker Plus, Lousy Ford Quality, The Tremor Equipped Maverick I Looked At, 46000! NO THANKS!
