    Fish Chop Recipe
    *Ingredients:*
    - 500 grams of fish fillets (boneless, such as cod or haddock)
    - 2 large potatoes
    - 1 large onion, finely chopped
    - 2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
    - 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
    - 1 egg, beaten
    - Breadcrumbs for coating
    - Oil for frying
    *Instructions:*
    1. *Boil the Fish and Potatoes:*
    - Boil the fish fillets until they are cooked through. Drain and set aside to cool. Once cooled, flake the fish into small pieces.
    - Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Peel and mash them.
    2. *Prepare the Mixture:*
    - Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
    - Add the finely chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
    - Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
    - Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
    - Add the flaked fish and mashed potatoes to the pan. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
    - Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well-blended and fairly dry.
    - Add garam masala and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from heat. Let it cool.
    3. *Form the Chops:*
    - Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into flat, oval or round patties.
    - Dip each patty into the beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs. Ensure the patties are well-coated.
    4. *Fry the Chops:*
    - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    - Fry the chops in batches until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
    - Remove the chops from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
    5. *Serve:*
    - Serve the fish chops hot with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
