    Mixed Fried Rice:
    Ingredients:
    - *2 cups cooked rice* (preferably a day old)
    - *2 tbsp vegetable oil*
    - *2 eggs, beaten*
    - *1 small onion, finely chopped*
    - *2 cloves garlic, minced*
    - *1 cup mixed vegetables* (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers, etc.)
    - *1 cup cooked protein* (chicken, shrimp, tofu, or a combination)
    - *3 tbsp soy sauce*
    - *1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)*
    - *1 tsp sesame oil*
    - *Salt and pepper to taste*
    - *2 green onions, sliced* (for garnish)
    - *1 tbsp chopped cilantro* (optional, for garnish)
    Instructions:
    1. *Prepare the Rice:* If using freshly cooked rice, spread it out on a baking sheet to cool and dry out a bit.
    2. *Cook the Eggs:* Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
    3. *Sauté Aromatics:* In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
    4. *Cook Vegetables and Protein:* Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. If you're using uncooked protein, add it now and cook until done. If using pre-cooked protein, add it after the vegetables are cooked.
    5. *Add Rice:* Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and protein. Break up any clumps of rice with the back of your spatula.
    6. *Season:* Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    7. *Finish the Dish:* Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix them in. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
    8. *Garnish and Serve:* Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
