omg. conan calling people "murderer" in the halls makes me love him even more
that seems to be like a tic he does all the time.
Yes I laughed so hard on that!
Seems even funnier than the on-camera Conan :)
ahh man i cracked up at that
“A Mount Rushmore of incompetence.” is definitely something I’m gonna use
Brian Stack and Brian McCann were the Lennon/McCartney of latenight
You just summed them up perfectly.
Jon Glaser as well. When Glaser and stack were in a sketch together it was always ridiculous. They would just do an entire bit of two dudes arguing over who got the arm rest.
brian stack is great...really miss him on conan
Me too :(
jimjambiz he does the voice for Wikibear
He's on Colbert now
NBC made Conan move his entire staff. Some chose to stay. It was a sad loss but I get why he didnt go
He was the best!
"Say, you got a hot irish temper..."
Haha, I just got through watching a compilation video from a channel I think it was called Conan fanatic or something and they made a video combining all of those bits where he was singing. What's the matter son, was that too sentimental for you? If you didn't like that one how about a little song I wrote for the ladies? Haha
Here's one I used to sing just for the ladies...

Drownedy-Mick!
Lol.
Why did he have to leave??? He's one of the best comedy writers I've ever seen. I will definitely miss seeing his performances on CONAN.
Ana Longoria probably longed to go back to NY and the better pay with Late Show. Let's face it, alot of those writers had deep roots in NY and leaving it was not easy for most. However, the selling point in making the move, for most, was likely the Tonight Show, not the Conan show that we have now. Since Tonight was no longer an option, that's probably why he left--along with the other Brian writer who left to return to NY several years ago. It is unlikely Stack would have left the Tonight Show to go to Late Show, like he's doing now. Now he gets NY and a 11:35 slot.
pettypettywoodchuck2 Probably... He's been helping with sketches lately on the Conan show, which is kind of great. I'll just miss watching him on TBS.
Honestly I can't even believe i wrote 11 lines in a youtube comment, that was really late last night. Thanks for reading tho.
Stack works for Stephen Colbert now. Still hilarious!
Snrub Thank you for explaining that. NBC really are the worst
The more CZcams recommends me videos about the inner workings of Conan's shows the sadder I am that they are stopping.
Too bad he's now in Colbert's show and Brian's talents seem to better suited with Conan's. I miss his WikiBear the most.
Mari Therese Reyes I did not know he's on Colbert because I don't like or watch it - I miss Brian Stack on Conan from the NBC days of him doing " Frankenstein waste a minute of time ! - LOL.
@@mygirlpiper Been a fan of Conan since the mid-late 90s. Loved Brian's 'The Interrupter' during the Late Night years. He's such a talent. :)
wikibear !!! love it
He's my third favorite God (after Alanis and Morgan).
I miss Brian on Conan...
He's on Colbert now.
I miss Conan on Conan
Bet you miss him even more now hes dead
Both of them.
Brian and Conan seem to have a similar sense of humor about old timey and creepy behaviors.
And they're both Irish-American, pale redheads...
At times, he sounds like Alan Alda...
Totally true!
When he says “oh, that must be the guy”, I think he sounds so much like Louis C.K.
I can hear that. But more like Will Forte I reckon.
The way he effortlessly goes into his transatlantic accent just amazes me
Brian Stack it's such an amazing comedian and writer. he really helped contribute over all to Conan and the team behind his show. I absolutely love this man and his comedy and think that he really added to the comedic factor of Conan in the show. I'm really saddened account and cut down the length of a show and even more upset when I heard the news that he will be leaving and doing a different show on HBO. Wherever Conan does decide to go and which path to take with his career I will always love and support him but I know that it would be even better if he were lucky enough to get Brian stack back on his team.
I am a huuuge fan of Conan & I think that when Brian did these singer bits it was one of the funniest things on Conan shows all through these years! I really really loved Brian there!
Mount Rushmore of incompetence lol
Such a good line lol
Im wiki-bear!! Yay!
"the mount Rushmore of incompetence" 😂😂😂 Conan is a savage. Love him even more now.
The Interuppter...his best
"A Mt. Rushmore of incompetence" LOL
This guy sounds exactly like Alan alda.
Glad im not the only one who thought that
I heard it as soon as I read your comment. 😮
They start talking about Conan at 2:40
If you don't love Brian Stack........you simply will never lover comedy
if you dont love Brian Stack..... then fuck you!
BAGAKOOS b-b-but...I chew Big Red! 😔
I always loved Frankenstein Wastes Everyone's Time
The one with Tom Hanks was brilliant.
I think he's writing for the current Colbert show....I'm not sure if they let him do on-camera stuff. But I DEFINITELY get Brian Stack vibes on the MEANWHILE segment and whenever Colbert is describing the xyz that is his monologue. It's got old school CONAN feel to it that I LOVE!!!
COCO needs Brian Stack back!
I just looked up the Thin Man trailer and it is hillarious😂😂😂 His impersonation wasn’t exaggerated!😂😂😂
This guy is really great. He like us have an good late night time. I miss you and Conan 👍
This man is a legend
Brian Stack is a treasure of versatility on Colbert's Show.
It's a very Irish thing to insult people you like.
We can't handle compliments.
Convinced Brian is Alan Alda in a costume
Conan and his dry, Irish, Ivy League educated humor...incisively barbed with impeccable timing.
With my eyes closed, he sorta sounds like Alan Alda.
Brian Stack the King of Comedy.
Stack is F-ing hilarious , , i think he would succeed as a Talkshow HOST himself , , , , James Corden just recently stepped down from his job didn't he ?? Stack would be great for that 😋👍👍
I don't think he really gets to shine writing for Stephen Colbert....
No one mentions that Bath Time Bob was the origin of Artie Kendall.
Love this guy
All the scetch guys on Conan were AMAZING. the interviewer reminds also of one; you know who i mean. Or is it him?
Hes wikibearrrrr!!!!! Yayyyyyyyy!
I want an origin story for the ghost crooner.
Bad dad. Bing Crosby's son Gary wrote a memoir of his life with his father that depicted him as abusive and cruel. Gary's brother Phillip disputed this characterization, but Crosby's two other children Dennis and Lindsay confirmed Crosby's abuse. Boppity Bop!
I currently hate my comic love who used to be on Conan and now is on Colbert, and it's not because I'm merely loyal to Conan. It's because, Brian doesn't sell his characters when he's on Colbert's show, unlike when, lovably, he was on Conan.
Gotta agree. First saw him on Colbert and have always thought I’m not finding this guy that funny and then discovered on CZcams he was on Conan and the Conan stuff is amazing.
very good person god bless you
Living legend imo
Is there à full version of Stack's interview anywhere?
He's also one of the guys in SlipNuts
I love that band! They’re always clowning around and slippin’ on nuts.
@@assmane999 Look he fell down!
@@Solidude he slipped on some nuts
The rumours about Crosby are wrong.
And now he's on Colbert. I wonder how Conan feels about that?
dont see his work much anymore since he joined colbert
Brian Stack!!!! 💗💗💗💗😊😊😊🤣🤣💗💗💗💗🍸🍸🍸🍸
What I love most about Conan is that the most controversial story about him is that he may have stole a basket of muffins from a hotel he was staying at
Oh hey look it’s the trivia guy :)
Did you notice his Crooner songs were limericks?
What is this guy up to now?
The Singing Ghost is classic
Artie Kendall rules
I bet this guy can do a great Alan Alda impression. Same voices.
The host is now hosting HQ
Who's idea was the interrupter?
Brian Stack is to Conan as Mike Campbell is to Tom Petty.
The Interrupter!!!!!
Wikibear!!!
Hello wikibear ✋
His greatest creation: STACEY RICHTER
The Interruptor.....
That "murderer" line was a tad more ironic back in the days when Conan used to work with OJ Simpson.
When did Conan work with oj?
If he thinks it's troubling that a lot of characters hate themselves, should I be worried if there isn't more to infer from many of his characters also being Nazi sympathizers.
hquties in the house
That interviewer looks like Alpha m
Sujit Jagat That interviewer (Scott Ragowski) is now famous for doing a 12 question quiz game show app called HQ.
