Yes, I just got a hair cut. You can groom as you normally do. I let my hair grow for 2 months then cut it. The trick is washing your hair once a week with their shampoo and conditioner or get a product with Biotin to wash and condition.

You can use them after you put the topical on. Just note you will apply the topical at night to before bed. The topical is twice a day.
