The clipboard manager is a built-in feature of Windows, you just have to enable it. Do that by pressing 'Windows-key'+'v' them click 'enable clipboard'
Now 'ctrl'+'c/v' will work the same as before, _but it will save a history of why you cut/copied._ 'ctrl'+'v' will always paste the last thing that you pasted, but 'windows-key'+'v' will open a little window showing your clipped history.
9: All in 1 Messenger: allows you to install any number of (sm) communication services. Allows to have all your info in one place.
8: Clipboard manager: Ditto. Handy tool to save you a lot of time as you cut and paste things from different applications/sites
7: Calendly: allows your calendar availability to be shown
6: Timer cube (physical)
5: Focusmate: books 50 or 25 min. working session with random person on the platform. Great for hard work or difficult work times. Works well because of body doubling concept
4: Event calendar alarm: to not miss meetings etc. (because of hyper-focus)
3: Improve sleep: invest in sleep tracking tech: @HiddenADHD uses whoop! Oura is also a suggestion made. [ though my personal opinion is that sleep tracking tools both physical as well as apps are kinda useless (excluded Eightsleep) since many factors in our day-to-day lives can impact our sleep (think; our e-motional state, diet, stress-levels etc. which then tend to influence the sleep tracking tools giving you sometimes in-accurate info. Recommend listening the podcast of Ali Abdaal with the founders of Eightsleep (for the part/stamps about sleep tracking tech) ]
2: Sharex: screenshot tool. windows and mac screenshot tools may be too slow. Sharex uses keyboard shortcuts to grab (multiple) screenshots. AND THEN: that's where the #8 clipboard tool comes in handy: works well with the clipboard manager to paste the various screenshots in various slides or other content we're working on
1: Text expander: save text snippets/abbreviations [among others: commonly used sentences in e-mail/messages, (e-mail) signatures, and even emoji's;)]

Productivity rocks! These suggestions are great 😊 I just ordered a timer cube to give it a try. Thank you for sharing!
This gives me hope! I recently realized that Adult ADHD is a thing and has been the biggest barrier for me in productivity. Starting this journey and so uplifting to see that I’m not doomed to failure
Productivity rocks! Not sure if this counts, but I found having a notebook handy to note down all those things that pop into your head that you still need to get done at times when we can't do anything about it. For me that is usually Sunday morning sitting in church. This allows me to get the thought out of my head and can then review it a bit later (if I remember)
%1000 percent agree, the very first 'ADHD' tool that ever stuck and helped me was deciding to just keep a little notebook on me to capture EVERYTHING that i might want to think about later, or someone tells me I need to do, and then I regularly dump all of it into my calendar/task tracker/list of movies to watch etc.
These are next level productivity tips. Especially Ditto. Saved me from going back and forth from excel to outlook in order to copy over info. Good to see you back to making full videos again!
