Thanks for the useful analogy. This reminded me of a quote that resonated with me recently.
“And now that you don’t have to be perfect, you can be good.”
-John Steinbeck
Holy crap I never realized I'm doing this my whole life. Like yea I always give myself some time to "slack off" and just.. try to not feel guilty about it.
That's really good ❤️
Thank for this
You're always welcome! ❤️
Fantastic idea!
This is something that is mostly overlooked I think, you really hit nail on the head on this one. Thanks, I am going to try to look at it that way.
You're welcome! I'm glad my content resonated with you. Approaching it with a fresh perspective and acknowledging the effort it takes to refocus can make a significant difference.
Thank you this was comforting to hear.

I am here from the other video... Music still too loud imho
Man I need to ask. I've been on concerts for the last few months and it definitely helps but it isn't really a big difference. The only other stimulant available in my country is ritalin. If concerta wasn't very effective, does that mean ritalin wouldn't be either? I've tried some non stimulants but those side effects were too much
Everyone's response to medication can vary. While Concerta and Ritalin are both stimulant medications, they have different formulations and release mechanisms. Some individuals may find one medication more effective than the other, even if they are from the same class. It may be worth discussing with your healthcare provider about trying Ritalin to see if it provides better symptom relief for you. They can provide guidance based on your individual situation and help you find the most suitable medication option.
What's the idea? I don't get it
Perfectionism is my downfall!
