  • It is common knowledge in japan that ashi waza can demonstrate how softness can control hardness.
    A perfectly timed ashi waza can take down a giant.
    Learn Kou chi gari an ashi waza from Sensei ISAO.

    Loving all your insights and tips for Judo. All your videos have been great. Probably one of the best English resources. Easy to understand the key points. Thank you very much.

    I found Kouchi gari basic, effortless and effective technique when is applied correctly. Relax, lower your hips, good hands coordination and sweep aside with explosion ... for a good kouchi gari. Thank you for this video technique. Oss.

    When Kouchi doesn't work, what to do ? MORE Kouchi ! ! ! I love you guys. That's the spirit.

      @MatthieuSCHREK  Thank you always マシュー🖐️
      It's difficult to do it with just KOUCHI, so try using it with other throws.

    Love this kind of "back to basic" video. Most judo technique video on youtube are competition-oriented. Look forward to your videos on other techniques.

    Love this. I really like Ko Uchi, and I always felt like I wasn't using my hands quite right, so I'm glad this was covered. Thanks so much.
