    有難うございます!メチャクチャ分かりやすいです。面倒がらずに同じ事を何回も繰り返す情熱と愛情を感じます。シンプルで無駄な事を言わないの分かりやすいです。

Wow! I have a new Hero. Drilling all of the little details in class is so important. Muscle memory. No hurry but being ready to use it in a hurry. Ah, the little/suttle manipulation of balance.

I think technique is very effective. deciding what is effective or not is like pulling in rope with just one end.

While i really like the way he teaches and executes it, i dont believe this traditional version of ko-uchi-gari is effective

@@bombastikderteutone6858 an changrim has a good demonstration in the new style of kouchi that has been working on the ijf circuit recently. what hamada is showing are the general principles and an extremely solid foundation for doing whatever you want.
like seoinage. seoinage from 40 years ago will not work now, however- the principles of that seoinage carry very nicely into today's judo.
