I did find very tender knots around the shoulder blade and I thought I had found the culprit but no avail. I watched this video and decided to use the ball with my frontal muscles (chest) and OW OW AND OW I finally found the source!! Even saw Satan in his underwear and the pain diminished just like that. This video, plus Voltaren gel and Advil Muscle & Joint formulation in the first couple of weeks, has just about healed the spasm. I should mention that the Voltaren and Advil were recommended by my GP, who also recommended physiotherapy, but I didn't want to do that in the middle of a pandemic. This video took the place of physiotherapy and allowed me to work on the problem at home almost every day. I can even shovel snow without pain! Thank you Dr. Rowe!
