Dude yelling the wheel is locked up is a moron. He was standing on the brakes when that wheel left the concrete and was in slag or pea gravel at the time. That was the brake locking that wheel up. As previously stated. More money than brains!
The rear tire was locking up because he wasnt fully releasing the brakes and that tag axle didn't have as much weight on it as the main axle, so it was letting it slide, especially since it was in the dirt.
Word to the wise if you want to see if an RV or camper etc would fit in your driveway or yard rent before you buy and save your self from all the headaches!!!!!!
