You need to replace that bolt and nut you installed in the slide room drive with a sheer pin . They are designed to brake before damaging more expensive components of the slide ., it did it's job when it sheered .The bolt will not sheer under excessive load and will cause other damage !
Went from a class c to a toyhauler just for ease of transport. I use mine to camp on campgrounds also and i always take my sxs.. i love the fact that now i have a truck to go to the store or what ever else
As a RV mechanic all pretty normal problems. Grade 8 bolt on the powergrear slide motors is fine and check the motor mounting bolts as required. As far as the refer drip tube goes that’s good. And yes your going to have ac dripping down the side of the coach
Possibly change out the entire light for a leisure light like what is on the old weekend warriors or go with the round one. If you don’t want to cut do the surface mount. Or find a 12v source and run one out the side through the wall in a cabinet or above it. Then attach it to the side of the trailer. Love your coach....including the color! Regarding the generator, a couple other things to consider given the age of the coach as a preventive maintenance: Belt and engine temp sensor replacement. These seem to be the two things that fail at the worst time. Being your genny is on a slide, it should really be something fairly easy to accomplish. For us without that slide, it is truly a pain in the @ss!!
I’d probably put a portable AC with an exhaust tube if your that worried about keeping it cool inside while it’s parked vs using the Coach’s AC

Easy fix on the tanks just pull the switches out and swap the wires
