Thanks man! They are the Ford Performance ones. I think the F150 and Ranger are the two trucks that can best benefit from lowering the rear to level them. They get pretty tall when you lift the front 2.75” and that gets into some additional costs with tires and maybe rims. If you are not seriously off-roading you don’t necessarily need to go higher. Nice look! I have a 2021 F150 that has 2l75” in the front levelling the truck with struts. No spacers. It’s a nepice kit and I have gone slightly larger with the tires. I do go off-road with my truck. Thanks for showing this option. A couple of guys I know have Silverado 4x4s that have lowered them a fair bit. They look great and have the Automatic 4wd so are basically a nice AWD truck that is very comfortable getting in and out of, uniquely different and still look great. Stay safe fellas!!
@@jcn7929 I don’t have a rear shackles drop. I said if you don’t want to level the truck with the lift in front, you can simple do the drop with the rear shackles. It wont be level, but it will definitely have a nice stance. Technically it’s wrong to take all of the rake out of the back of the truck if you are towing or hauling, it can creat some adverse handling and the front headlights need some serious adjustments to work properly and still will blind oncoming traffic at night. The 2.75” levelling kit up front is basically level. A very slight rake still. I no longer have that truck though and have a 2022 Tremor that I will be leaving stock.
I used the Ford performance 2" drop shackle it dropped it about 2 inches. After the installation the front was 1 inch lower then the rear.....I DID NOT have to use the SHIMS....I called Ford Performance prior to the installation and they stated I wouldn't need the shims....No change in ride, trans shifting and no vibration...I have a 2020 F150 2WD with a V8
@@mitchellsgarage9366 what you mean racks? Im hoping i can install the 1.5” shackles and get the same outcome on my non 4x4 truck. They look like the same truck otherwise.
@@jerryjeromehawkins1712 If you use stock shocks and remove the blocks, you change the normal range of movement of the shock and risk damaging the shocks at the extremes of travel. In this case, if you hit a hard bump, your shocks will slam into their internal travel stop before the bump stop can absorb any of the impact. You'll beat the sh t out of the shocks and they will fail prematurely. Guys that lift the rear of the truck do the same thing but they risk damage at full suspension droop and can rip the factory shocks apart if they aren't careful.
I did the FRPP M-3000-H4A $400.00. The only kit that I know of that transmission angle!! 1.5" Front/2.5" Rear Lowering. Makes the truck look awesome. As I say the taller your truck the smaller your junk LMAO!!!
Watched this video twice and can’t find it beneficial for anyone. There’s no actual step by step but there’s a lot of camera movement and video shows what was done after it was installed. We need to see the actual installation and not the after install let alone the shitty music and you not staying on topic.
Note, never watch a bunch of dudes in masks explain anything lol
Didn't think I'd love another truck like my 2002 Dakota R/T until I bought a 2020 f150. These trucks are nice, this is on my list for sure
To much movement with your camera, couldn't finish watching
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Same, I had to stop. Jeez I need a barf bag
Thought I was watching the Blair Witch project.
1.5" in the rear... nice 👍
What drop shackle brand did you use?
Do mind sharing part numbers for the lowering shackle kit and where you got them from? Awesome truck !
Thanks!

Just remove the factory lift blocks and achieve the same drop with zero cost.
Then you have a shitty ride
That’s what I was saying truck looks no different
Why not just remove the blocks between the rear axle & the springs?
That was my thought as well. Anyone?
Those Pontiac’s tho 😍😍
Love the content, hate the shaky camera work. Almost took Dramamine to get through it.

Honestly a hard follow. Nix the tire and journal polish. What dropped the truck? shims under leafs? A kit? come on man.
Didn’t have to shim mine after drop shackles installed. I can go 1 hunned with no vibration or wobble.
How’s the ride? Stiffer, softer, the same? I have a Ranger ordered and would rather do this that lift it.

Didn’t need shims with mine either. I’m sure using them doesn’t hurt anything but it’s one of those things where they just wanted the money.
GTO and a G8 yee!
That video showed no parts or installation what is that we know it will look good but how do you get it done
Why u leave the 1" rear blocks in?
I still like a slight rack in the front.

@@arrepuess probably means rake (slight downward angle, by 1” lower in the front).
what size shims?
Why don’t you remove that rear oem block ?
Bingo
Maybe it will affect the shock travel or sweet spot? Or what if the truck bottoms out easier with heavy weight?
@@arrepuess Doesn't change a thing with the block removed Rich. Same ride, shocks not affected whatsoever.

I am not sure what I just watched. But whatever it was it was certainly did not show how to install drop shackles.
Does it not hit the bed? Bc on mine 2” hits the bed
i couldnt even get my 2 inch installed
Part no. Please!!
How’s the ride? I have a new Ranger coming in soon and would rather do something like this rather than lifting it.
My cousin had them on his f150, road great. I'm gonna be doing my truck this week
Whats the part number
I gave it a thumbs down due to the lack of a kit over view and the slimy music.
and the mask
Would this void your manufacture warranty
a law was passed that if they can't prove that the modifications directly correlate to the broken part, then they still have to honor the warranty.
You didn't show a lot of key parts they will leave some frustrated and swearing 🤬 😂😆

Really showed nothing
Dude wtf!!! focus on the damn install and not on what someone else is working on like polishing a crank shaft.

Horrible
I believe the shims are in wrong not sure but was thinking the thick part faces to the rear. Google the parts.
I see no difference
