Edit: I went back and rewatched a few times, and payed more attention to the chat. As soon as I saw "THE NUT SHACK", the realization hit me like a fucking freight train and my body was wracked with convulsive laughter for a solid 30 seconds.

That's Titanium, a song featured in the Helltaker post-game chapter. It's not NSFW, and it's simply a bunch of songs mashed with the game song... Also, it did play the whole Mashup lol
It also has Absolute Territory by Ken Ashcorp.
Though Titanium is by Mitties who is famous for good music AND infamous for having provided an absolute bop of a song for an MLP:FIM porn animation. Stratum is the song and "Three curious ponies" is what you search for that animation.
