In that first song, every time the "Hey Hey" cut back in I winced and exhale-laughed before cracking up audibly.
The realization that September had been there the entire time, Never In A Million Weeks had I thought that that would go past me until the very end. Hell I even went back and it's there! Man, this shit cursed as hell
Never In A Million Weeks made me feel physically ill after listening to it

Yes the mashups are fucking golden BUT can we take a moment to appreciate the song titles. For most of these mashups the title gave more than enough hints to know exactly what would be the base of a mashup and what would be mashed into it.

...you take a chicken, right? Like, you're going to make chicken soup, and you put the chicken on the cutting board. You fill the pot with water. I just love how subtle Jazzw4ve's background weaves were in this whole thing. Like, Witchcraft was just tiptoeing in the background, not trying to draw any attention to itself, and it just made it that much more impactful
this is like a limewire album but instead of giving you a virus, it's an incomparable experience that you will never be able to recreate again, meanwhile it's passed off as an actual album by someone like Daft Punk.
This is very Neil Cicierega energy and I'm here for every second of it

The Never In A Million Weeks mashup is so cursed that it feels just like a discord call with a bunch of people playing different songs at the same time and it somehow works too well.

Thinking on it, all of the songs used in "Never in a Million Weeks" tell a story about a relationship:
"Never Gonna Give You Up" as the base - a song about commitment
"One Week" - a song about a potential breakup (from the guy's perspective)
"We are Never Getting Back Together" - a song about a breakup (from the girl's perspective)
"Get Lucky" - a song about getting lucky ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
"September" - a song about a happy relationship
exactly the idea!! one of my favorites from a thematic standpoint
And, even better, it tells a story in the way it's like, mixed. (I don't know technical terms, I'm a dipshit online). Like, Never Gonna Give You Up, as the base, tells us that, in the end, the guy wants the relationship to last. One Week, being his perspective, is about how he's worried that the relationship is over, and how he's terrified of what that means. We are Never Getting Back Together, being from the girl's perspective, tells us that she's done with his shit. Get Lucky... is either what happens after, or is how they started, or how the problem started. IDK, once again, dipshit online. Then, September, being way in the back, tells us that there's potential for this relationship to end happily, but the two are so wrapped up in what's going on that they can't see it.
See, Acai's the kind of person to go through the five stages of grief during his mashups.
