Thanks for making this video. As a total DAW/Samples noob, I got a little afraid when I thought a company could sell me something that I then couldn't use. I am much relieved now...
I dont understand how people could do much that breaks these other than people that make loops but i feel like theyre scammy anyway so kind of obvious from the get go
I think we pretty much assume we kind of know the basics of what we’re agreeing to and know that if we don’t agree to it, we don’t get the library 😅 Especially when we’re just starting out with samples, it’s always good to know some of the details! 😁

Starting out, I felt bombarded with information and didn’t understand much of the licensing with samples. Happy this helped!
Good to know!!!
Great summary and really clear!
Thanks Rob! 🙌🏼
Ask gpt to make a summary is a good thing. Try it! 😊
i never feel right when i use a vocal phrase on its own ,its much better to use it as a texture ,always feels right to be unique😉
Agreed! The last thing I want is for someone to recognize the exact sample I’m using

Basically: if it feels wrong, it is wrong.
But thank you for making this video; I too, always just check the box or auto-scroll to the bottom.

Nah, I’ve been asked a few times about what you can and can’t do with samples. Could be useful for those just getting started 😄
Seems like common sense to me. Maybe I’ve been doing this so long I forget that some folks may not know.
