    Can you count how many "Erm" you hear! Once you hear it you can't unhear!
    Great video as always mate! I'm binge watching the channel. Love your style 👍

    Nice one AA. This is what every auditor should be doing and should be acting like. Big respect. I'm not in the UK since many years ago. If I was I think I might be joining you in raising the bar. Makes a big difference doing this properly.

    You probably already know this but just in case you don't, section 33 criminal justice act 1972 covers the definition of a public place, expanding the meaning to include any private property accessible to the public, wether access depends on payment or not. Meaning that filming inside publicly accessible lobbies/foyers is also fully legal. Worth keeping in mind if you ever need to film interactions inside police stations or similar places. Keep up the great work and stay safe.

    That illegal arrest has affected you. You were overcome just thinking about it and I am not surprised. It was just as well that you didn't identify the officer. He would have been ostracised at his station for being honest.

    8:00 Interesting considering how LiveFree, Marti and Arthur were treated by North Yorkshire Police recently.

    • @Ken-P
      @Ken-P Před 3 lety +9

      @Sad But Mad Lad: Yes but those clowns go out of their way to antagonise people including the police, Absolute Audits is far more polite and respectful on his audits while still not giving up his rights.
      I'm not trying to make excuses for North Yorkshire police or any other police but generally if you behave like overgrown obnoxious schoolchildren the way Live Free, Marti Blagborough and Arthur Taylor do you're probably going to get treated accordingly regardless of who you're talking to or shouting at.

    • @TheSadButMadLad
      @TheSadButMadLad Před 3 lety +1

      @@Ken-P That's the point. The police should not take into account someone making their job difficult and questioning everything the police do, even if they are using very assertive (note, it was never aggressive) language. It was because the police were acting all officious and not listening and refusing to accept their explanations that LiveFree & Marti responded in their own personal way. You earn respect, and the police in the case didn't earn it.

    It's good to see a different style of auditing and judging by your interaction with the officer you both listened to whatt each other had to say. Sometimes it turns into a legislation quoting slanging match which is entertaining but can be a bit repetitive. Keep up the good work and don't change as you are doing some good.

    I thought that this was keyworker status and was wondering why many auditors, "peeps" are getting hassle when it's totally fine to be reporting. Also what's all this about when peeps getting asked to show some sort of card id shyt lately...is this a new c19 B's in england or just more screws still not knowing law

    4:20 Not sure exactly what the copper saw, but if he saw the crime being attempted he should be doing all he can to stop it, not asking the victim to report it. Can't he as a police constable initiate a report into a crime that he has witnessed (even if you only heard the commotion)?

    • @TheSadButMadLad
      @TheSadButMadLad Před 3 lety

      @Moth’s Mummy So who's the complainant when there's been a murder? They probably do wait till there's been a complaint or report before arresting someone in a domestic case, but that's because they won't know it's happening. However if the domestic is outside and they get called to it by neighbours, then they will arrest and charge because the crime is happening right in front of them.
