- I will show you a delicious fine-dining dessert with coconut and mango panna cotta, poached raspberries, and caramelized almonds. This tropical combination is just amazing so totally recommend you try it at home guys.
Coconut panna cotta
- 150g of cream
- 150g of cocunut milk
- 20g of dry coconut
- 50g of sugar (or by taste)
- 4g of gelatine powder
Mango panna cotta
- 250g of mango puree
- 50g of cream
- pinch of star anise
- 3g of gelatine powder

Hi Chef, I made classic Panna cotta for our very hot Christmas in northern Australia. But always use gelatine leaves. I will make this for New Year’s Day lunch as it’s mango season here. Thanks for sharing. ❤❤

If it is very bad for you, I recommend you to find another channel because it will not be better probably :D but I do personal coaching with people from the US, UK, Australia and much more and no one really complains about my talking so I think I speak fluent enough to teach cooking. If you want someone with perfect English just find someone else, good luck.
