Mousse :

-300 gr nutella
-400 ml smantana pentru grisca
-15 gr gelatina
-250 ml lapte
Ganache:
-300 gr ciocolata cu plapte
-250 ml smantana pentru frisca
-40 gr unt.
Decor:
-Ganache ce a ramas
-100 ml smantana pentru frisca
-bomboane ferrero
-spray auriu.
