- Ferrero Rocher cake recipe.
An absolutely special combination.
A cake that should not be missing from the holiday table.
The cake can also be made WITHOUT GLUTEN.
I used a pastry mix from Schar and gluten-free baking powder for the top.
And for the chocolate cream that does not contain gluten.
INGREDIENTS:

COCOA TOP Ø 20 cm
------------------------------------
- 5 eggs
- 105g of sugar
- 30g cocoa
- 4g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 75g flour
- 20ml vegetable oil
- 15g corn starch
🔥 180°C
⏰ 28-30 minutes without ventilation

SHEETS WITH FOREST HAZELNUTS Ø 20 cm

- 4 egg whites
- a pinch of salt
- 80g of sugar
- 100g chopped hazelnuts
- 30g flour
🔥 180°C
⏰ 15 minutes without ventilation
CREAM 1
----------------
- 250g milk chocolate
- 100g of cream for the whipped cream
- 200g cream for cold whipped cream
CREAM 2
----------------
- 400ml milk
- 40g corn starch
- 4 egg yolks
- 150g sugar
- 60g butter at cold temperature
- 130g dark chocolate 50% cocoa
- 50g chopped forest hazelnuts
SYRUP
----------
- water, sugar, rum essence
FINISHING THE CAKE
--------------------------
- 150g soft butter at room temperature
- 100g powdered sugar
- 300g cream cheese at room temperature
- vanilla essence
decoration
------------
- red currant
- raspberry
- Rosemary

What type of flour do you use?
Buna! Cam ce cantitate de sirop folosesti? Eu cred ca am pus cam mult si cremele au fost cam lichide.
