- The plate of traditional Romanian appetizers.
The platter is based on several pork dishes, pickles and telemea or cheese, as well as some raw vegetables.
We start by arranging the plate with the green salad.
Then we start from the center, putting the pork meatballs (the recipe is already on youtube • 🧆 CHIFTELE LA CUPTOR o... ).
We continue with a row of schnitzels.
For cold dishes, I always like to choose the Parisian chicken schnitzel (this being breaded only with flour and egg, without breadcrumbs).
It seems to me that they keep the best, they are more tender and I go home with the thought.
Next comes a row of cooked homemade sausages (I boil it for 20 minutes and then fry it, just enough to get this beautiful color).
I also like to put a spicy sausage (I bought Plescoi sausages so that they are Romanian), because the plate is quite big, for at least 6-8 people, so many people, and different tastes.
We also add Kaizer, boiled bacon with paprika and garlic, and classic bacon.
We cut cubes and a good handful of pork belly, which could not be missing from this plate.
We also put a few pieces of pork.
For the plate to be complete, it is necessary to add some pickles.
I chose cucumbers, which usually satisfy all tastes, but also gogones.
Some pickled donuts would also have worked, I didn't put them, but you can put them if you have them at home.
Arrange telemea cheese in two places.
We decorate with red onions, some fresh tomatoes (which also have an important visual role) and radishes.
If you don't prepare sausages, drumsticks, sausages and bacon at home, you can buy them from a grocery store.
It is very important to check the expiration date, so that these products are as fresh as possible.
Yes, I know that this plate is loaded with meat, a lot of fat, but of course we will not make it weekly and not even for 2 people. This is a platter for the whole family or friends.

Tare imi e pofta de bunatatile astea romanesti dar din pacate aici la mine in Liban nu gasesc asa ceva,inghit si eu in sec.
