    I’ve had mine for a year now and I think I am ready to move to something a little bit faster. It is a great wheel. I have enjoyed it a lot. Right now I am thinking between the MSX and Kingsong 16 X.

    This makes me feel good about my choice to buy the V10 weeks ago. I started on the V8, and am still new to EUCs, but wanted to step up to the V10. My only issue is that as some have noted, the rubber surface on the pedal made my foot grip feel unstable after I stepped into a puddle, wetting the bottom of my shoe. That could be me as an inexperienced rider and the fact that I have sneakers but not skateboard (flat) sneakers.

      @Speedyfeetuk  Před 5 lety +2

      Possibly yes, we have not had any issues in the regard. Glad you are loving the wheel!

      There's somebody on Ebay selling non slip pads that will retrofit your existing pedal on the V10.. £30.incl delivery. I'm considering buying some as the rubberised surface is dangerous when wet or the base of your shoe is wet.. there is a good possibility of coming off and I have slipped off several times in traffic situations...i tend not to go out in bad weather but sometimes you do get caught out when the weather suddenly changes..

    Hello I have the v5f and the v10f increased. The v5f is in comparison to the big brother much easier and much more confident on the road. If I just want to crumble around a bit I would always prefer the v5 if I make longer trips then the big heavier brother is clearly in the advantage. The high construction of the v10f should not be underestimated, you just do not get around the curves, because you can not lean the machine as much as the v5f and not too fast. The 20.5 KG are in comparison first time a significant disability but if you got used to drann, that works quite well. I love the Killswitsch in grip of both devices. and the trolly handle on the v5f is perfect from the height, with the v10f the trolly handle is a bit too high and for me as a 165cm tall person it could have been half as high. I like driving both and I also like the higher positioned foot pedals. I always have problems on the v5f that my feet begin to hurt after a while and I have to take a break. It takes much longer for the v10f to take a break for this reason. So amazing is the extreme stability of the v10f in comparison to the v5f, these are real worlds in between and I had to really drive a few KM first to get nice controlled around the curves. The v5f is exrem directly what the curve behavior is to go that is a feeling of 99% control while the v10f (initially) somehow has the feeling that you have to persuade almost to the curve to drive, which later but by getting used to no represents more problem. I think in comparison to the ks16d, it even steers around a corner better. Inmoton / Solowheel is doing something right and this is the possibility that you can buy a protective cover. This cover is padded and has a reinforced pad at the top where the leg pad is on the bike itself. that makes driving a bit more comfortable and saves you the one or the other scratch. Both EUC's are great and I wish all those who have read that good trip, is well received. ciao

      Yes the difference between 14 inch (V5) and 16 inch (V10) is quick steering. Although I have no issues with this as the 16 inch to me seems small as I ride Monster (22inch) and MSX (19inch) a lot.
      Also worth noting - the V10 has a brilliant chunky tire, this makes it almost a 17inch..hence the difference against the KS.

    My INMOTION v10 shows no indication of power after installing new motherboard. What could be the problem?

    I have a v10f myself. A great wheel. I must disagree on one point. The kingsong has a much better handle.
    But yes the comfort and stability are great.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  Před 5 lety

      Glad you like your wheel! Now that KS have converted back to a mechanical trolley handle (they change it to have a lift sensor a bit like the INMOTION) it’s much more reliable so would probably agree with you because it’s hidden within the machine...although if you have an off, the top part is not as strong.

    I really like your review. Like you I have a V 10 and I’m trying to get rid of it to go with something bigger. I am thinking about getting the MSX.

  • @therealestmc85
    @therealestmc85 Před 5 lety

    I have and like the V10 but the top speed is underwhelming. It’s extremely nimble. If I were to get another wheel it would be the MSX. I have issues keeping up with traffic using the INMOTION V 10.

      Depends where you are riding and how far you want to go and rider weight. Take a look here: www.electricpeople.org/electric-unicycles/which-electric-unicycle-should-you-buy

    I'm new to EUC and still learning my mten3. How long does it take for your feet to adjust? I have to ride and get off every 2 to 3 miles to rest my feet.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  Před 5 lety +2

      Its partly to do with the footplate size and ride characteristics, also your footwear. But conditioning can take approx 50-100 miles. You will always get some form of ache.

    • @khymilp8859
      @khymilp8859 Před 5 lety

      It takes time for the foot to get used to it. So what helps is when you individualize the tilt. What can also be a cause is if you have the wrong footwear. Try a few shoes. I drive either with an extremely flat sole, or often with work shoes. What I find unpleasant is when the shoe is a bit too big.

    You can't say this is the best handle...

  • @TheOriginalAndysGarage

    I prefer my KingSong 18L, bigger battery than the V10 higher top speed than the V10 handles better than the V10 the handlebars better than the V10 more dependable than the V10
