Suspended rail roads are very old. The Wuppertal Schwebebahn was opened in 1901. Flood barriers are old. They have been used for many decades. The emergency slide "can evaluate 30 people a minute"? What??? Wind speed of 20 miles/second? Wow, that's almost 3 times around the globe in 1 hour. Even if the panels can withstand such a force I am pretty sure the truck will not.
First flying train? Not even close. In Germany, the Wuppertal Schwebebahn has been operating since 1901. And in Japan, the Shonan Monorail has been operating since 1970. So, it would be safe to say it's the first in China, but not THE first.
