I speak for everyone when I say these are the most stupidest challenges I’ve ever had to face. Edit: I was able to beat the boss and will now take a long shower
Clearly ! The max diff max transforms the game in a Hit and Run simulator. Its pathetic. You can't make combo on bosses. I still doing in max hardcore mod but all the fun is dead. The first game was better.
@shteushidzu4232 Yeah, I'd say Jedi Grand Master difficulty isn't for everyone. If you're not enjoying it, you could always tone it down. There are no difficulty related trophies / achievements anyway.
@@absurdities_7869agreed, that is perfectly sensible...so why doesn't From Soft not understand that simple fact????. You like the challenge and most do not, and From Soft is acting like it ruins the game. SW survivor was really good, I'd play it again, I wish I could say the same for Elden and never played Sekiro because of that. If they had levels I would have finished and loved those games, but if they don't want my money, I'm good not being frustrated in my free time.
@@desmondjefferson2127not every game is you going to be catered to you and frankly not every dev is gonna jeopardize their artistic vision to get extra money lol.
I used the dual wield stance with the bonus throw damage perk and the force regen perk. I allowed me to consistently throw lightscabers at one of them while kiting. For some reason, the dual wield stances first scabre throw goes through most enemies and hits them on the way back. But you have to stand a medium distance away from the target. Too close, and the scabre will bounce back. Too far and the scabre won't exit the other side of the enemies hurtbox, therefore only counting as one hit. I also used the blaster stance to get some "free" ranged damage. Bonus tip: never jump to dodge the ranchors grab attack one account of its masive hitbox. Do a simple dodge. It's way easier to go through the attack than it is to go around it.
One day I hope they will recruit the worlds leading scientists to figure out how to stop enemy attack from clipping thru other enemies. Please dear Elon make it so.
Anytime you see that, you know the game was programmed to cheat. Whether it's that or input reading, like From Soft games, they aren't going for a fair challenge they are exclusively for frustration. That's not a good game mechanic, it's a gimmick
this force tear didn't take me near as long to complete as fractured history, but there were still some unfair deaths here and there. it wasn't too fun
Yea, only dodging to the side can avoid the grab. Try using single-tap on dodge instead of double-tapping. Single-tap dodging has faster recovery than double-tapping. Double-tapping will get you further, but you're vulnerable until you can input another action.
This must seem like such a noob question but I'm playing on PS5 and want to know how people are making their character side step like that. When I move Cal just runs around normally. I want to back step and side step like in this video
Do you mean like strafing? Where he orbits an enemy instead of just rubbing around normally? If you’re in PS5 it’s probably the right joystick to “ lock on “ to an enemy then you will move in this way until either you unlock from them or you defeat them
I hate the way fights like this in games are programmed. If you are going to make a fair challenge, make it FAIR. If you can get hit and can't run thru an enemy the enemy shouldn't be able to either. So getting them to hit each other, block each other from attacks, and allow them to damage each other during the red attacks. Otherwise you SEE that the programs didn't want to be fair, they wanted to make it unfair so you play forever. I'm done, unfair fights are what the difficulty meter is for, and someone should tell From software that.
Psshh, I likely don't even remember how to play this these days; too much time away. General advice on this: be patient and don't get greedy when it's your turn to swing.

I think I only completed this on my third try because of the double sided blade stance. IMO its the most underrated stance
Ngl, this challenge was ridiculous. I cheesed it all the way to story mode because I got so frustrated of dying to those instant kill grapples.
Same
I’ve already spent an hour on defeating ogdo bogdos force tear and now 2 rancors simultaneously, bruh
Same bro I wouldn't have dropped the difficulty either if it wasn't for the ridiculous hitboxes on the grab
Same. These challenges don't deserve our grandmaster gameplay
Ended it up on the 5th try. Just ran, jumped, dashed and threw saber. Throw sabre or double sabres and run. Was not hard
@@loserface111000111I used the auto dodge on those

Hope it helps. Just can't be greedy trying to get too many hits in at a time. GL!
@absurdities_ just beat them, took qbout 2 hours. That was euphoric LOL. have a great day king.
Bro you're crazy this shit was the only fight in the game I turned my diff down to story mode for 😭
This fight was alot easier than the 2 ogdo bogdo fight

I feel like using the crossguard stance and hit and run tactics with a LOT of patience would work
the fact that 2 bosses get insta kill moves is bs and you cant even break or parry that insta kill move

Why do you force push? Does it aggro them or something?
Mostly to feel in control. 😜
Really though, just to reset their animations / position them better for space management.
@@absurdities_7869 Makes sense. Really good fight! I got better at playing just by watching you. Thanks!
does difficulty effect whether or not they both attack at the same time? Because for me they only did one at a time same with the frogs
Possibly, I never changed the difficulty setting throughout my playthrough but that seems like it'd make sense to me.
@@absurdities_7869 for me one attacks and the other stands still and they switched after one attacks
lowering difficulty means less agression from enemies. So in the easy difficulties they will try and hit you every 5 minutes
