These beast enemy force tears are quite easy with fortitude/purity on but the normal enemy force tears become almost impossible with purity/fortitude, especially the one with 150 droids on the shattered moon.
I just made them fight each other
I see so the key is not to combo
Waste of time
I feel like using the crossguard stance and hit and run tactics with a LOT of patience would work
I think I only completed this on my third try because of the double sided blade stance. IMO its the most underrated stance
Where can I find this?
How bout a walkthrough?
Psshh, I likely don't even remember how to play this these days; too much time away. General advice on this: be patient and don't get greedy when it's your turn to swing.
@@absurdities_7869 Those dodges and precision evades are insane man.
Very cool mate, must have taken a while!
nice
This fight broke me, I fought double oggdo without changing the difficulty but I had to change it here
Go for the annoying hairy fuck on the right with all you got with the blaster first…
How do you get that red force effect at 2:35?
Been awhile, but I think it unlocked during main questline.
I used the dual wield stance with the bonus throw damage perk and the force regen perk. I allowed me to consistently throw lightscabers at one of them while kiting. For some reason, the dual wield stances first scabre throw goes through most enemies and hits them on the way back. But you have to stand a medium distance away from the target. Too close, and the scabre will bounce back. Too far and the scabre won't exit the other side of the enemies hurtbox, therefore only counting as one hit. I also used the blaster stance to get some "free" ranged damage. Bonus tip: never jump to dodge the ranchors grab attack one account of its masive hitbox. Do a simple dodge. It's way easier to go through the attack than it is to go around it.
this force tear didn't take me near as long to complete as fractured history, but there were still some unfair deaths here and there. it wasn't too fun
While the game is awesome it has the dumbest mechanics ever . The combat could be much more fun and it’s not . More than one enemy and you screwed
The Grocco drop kicked the Mogu out of the map on my successful attempt💀💀💀
Rancor don't look as big like before They look like The same size as lord of the rings trolls
damn
I hate the way fights like this in games are programmed. If you are going to make a fair challenge, make it FAIR. If you can get hit and can't run thru an enemy the enemy shouldn't be able to either. So getting them to hit each other, block each other from attacks, and allow them to damage each other during the red attacks. Otherwise you SEE that the programs didn't want to be fair, they wanted to make it unfair so you play forever. I'm done, unfair fights are what the difficulty meter is for, and someone should tell From software that.
That was absolutely insane, well done!
Can't wait for the 1mil barrier to be broken
I think adding lightening rod to this setup at the beginning of the enemy getting staggered would add even more damage.
Funny enough, I replaced Pile Drive w/ Lightening Rod in my current build. Able to get 2 level 5 Zantetsuken in a single stagger window thanks to it. Think I've maxed out so far at around 452k, unfortunately didn't clip it. :(
@@absurdities_7869 I'd replace Ramuh in general with any other Eikon of preference, and there may be better moves than Gouge for some other Will damaging move or maybe Diamond Dust.
shame you didnt get the kill with it
Agreed.
This took me probably 20 tries on Jedi Knight difficulty. One of the most difficult things I've ever done in gaming. The only thing that comes close is the final boss arena/fight in Halo Infinite on Legendary. My God, that brute chieftain. Now I'm saying my God, that mogu!
Dude fuck that brute I hate his boss fight, it’s almost as bad as Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat 9.
This is the most unbalanced fight in gaming history
I agree
@@supdark-sonic2128 the classic “instead of making a better more difficult complex enemy let’s just spam OP enemies” mindset is what created this terrible fight.
@@nicestps5 i just try since yesterday in grandmaster but that is not possible to finish they are 3 on you what do you want to do 😭
@@supdark-sonic2128 yeah I beat the entire game in Grandmaster except for a few Force Tears because they literally are impossible. The only way to potentially beat them on Grandmaster is wait until end game when all powers are maxed but even then I don’t think would be very doable.
@@nicestps5 Nice i do the same bro all the game in grandmaster but for this battle and the 2 rancors are probably no for the moment 😅
This is the worst fight in any game I have ever played I’m uninstalling
Wtf was that at 0:10 I always die at that part
...yeah I'm not gonna beat my head against the wall for this copy/paste boss fight lol. Learned my lesson from the Godskin Duo that it's not worth it
And here I thought this was tough on Jedi Knight! Well done!
does difficulty effect whether or not they both attack at the same time? Because for me they only did one at a time same with the frogs
Possibly, I never changed the difficulty setting throughout my playthrough but that seems like it'd make sense to me.
@@absurdities_7869 for me one attacks and the other stands still and they switched after one attacks
lowering difficulty means less agression from enemies. So in the easy difficulties they will try and hit you every 5 minutes
@@arriaga5642 thats over exaggerated when i played in fights like this they attacked in turns which made it a lot easier than both at once.
@@DPowered2 it was sarcasm
This is actually harder than ogdo bogdo
Definitely not for me. It rook me a whole 3 hrs to beat those assholes (playing on Jedi Knight)
my noob *ss just made them fight each other using the confusion. lol
Can't use confusion in this fight, friend.
@takoshihitsamaru4675 well, i did.
@@maxino135 Uh huh, sure you did, mate.
Yes you can bc I did the same thing
I used confusion and stayed out of the way while they killed each other. Then went in and killed the winner.
Nice. I thought I tried using confusion on all of them but seemed they were immune.
@@absurdities_7869 You have to put the skill points into the confusion branches to get the top level.
@SithScorp Thought I had everything maxed out at this point, I could be mistaken though. 😀
you are just lying lol, you cant use confusion in tears
@@bosmith6992 I mistook this for another one. I did use confusion in a tear though.
One day I hope they will recruit the worlds leading scientists to figure out how to stop enemy attack from clipping thru other enemies. Please dear Elon make it so.
Anytime you see that, you know the game was programmed to cheat. Whether it's that or input reading, like From Soft games, they aren't going for a fair challenge they are exclusively for frustration. That's not a good game mechanic, it's a gimmick
@@desmondjefferson2127you just need to get good my friend.
Why is no one talking about this fight, it took me like 7 tries on Jedi knight (because I suck). It was genuinely a worse jump scare than the double oggdo or rancor because I didn’t know it existed
Only 7!? Jeez. I changed it from Jedi Master to Knight, then right down to Story mode after even that was driving me nuts. Who the fuck designed the MOGU?!!!!!!
Tbh i hate when the do this, it feels more like a punishment then a challenge
You were supposed to make them fight each other
I’ve completed this force tear twice and every time I come out of the force tear the elevator is covering the exit. Anyone else experiencing this bug?
this is not grand master cause with that life you get insta killed with one hit. Even going master jedi also you die in two hits, so don´t lie.
Hmm, it is Grand Master my friend. If you check the dot locations on the HUD near the weapons UI, you can see there are 2 dots; 1 in the upper right corner, and 1 in the lower left corner. This signifies via the UI the current difficulty setting. It begins with a single dot in the upper left corner (Story) and continues clockwise with a single dot for each level of increasing difficulty. Grand Master is signified with the last dot remaining in the 3rd quadrant, and adds an additional dot in the 1st quadrant. I don't get "insta-killed" because I've spent time farming everything in the game (like max health upgrades). Don't be so rude Mr. friend.
"fucking finally" I felt that
I was grinding this for so long I forgot my mic was still on. <3
Hate this frog😅i beat the frog on Koboh after the story ,even then took some tries😅i never had so much trouble with any animal boss/humanoid boss in the game😅
You're a monster. I did this last night on Jedi Knight but only because the spike ball enemy from the bilemaw completely stunned the wampa the entire fight lol
This one turned out was easy, eventually found out their projectiles hurt each other a decent chunk, so if u semi kite while hitting here and there, ez pz
The dumbest mechanic in this fight is the bilemaws non stop charges that can’t stagger and Will carry the mogu with it, without staggerig him
This must seem like such a noob question but I'm playing on PS5 and want to know how people are making their character side step like that. When I move Cal just runs around normally. I want to back step and side step like in this video
Do you mean like strafing? Where he orbits an enemy instead of just rubbing around normally? If you’re in PS5 it’s probably the right joystick to “ lock on “ to an enemy then you will move in this way until either you unlock from them or you defeat them
2:20 that was a close call I often died of this strike I hate mogu it's so ugly especially his movements
I did it under 2 mins GM
Man ever since I destroyed my monitor from the double oggdo fight I been these on story mode, only this 1 and double oggdo, somehow passed double rancor on GM. So hats off to you for pulling off this BS fight on highest difficulty. It's like when they use their properly developed boss even a double fight is just a challenge but not when they have 3 enemies all doing their red attacks back to back to back. How do you fight that shit.
Push parry and flux helps a bit
Maxing out your Survival stats at the beginning of the game really helps so you won't get one shot if you make a mistake. Along with throwing your lightsaber to chip away their hp. Best advice is to grind xp for at least 16 skill points then max out survival and buy some lightsaber skills that suit your style. There's videos on a really good XP farm at the very beginning of the game but you need the Howling force push. Other than that you just gotta memorize the attack patterns and evade and parry everything. The rule of thumb for GM is 2 strikes then evade and parry. Patience will help you in the long run
That f@cking abominable looking MF gets on my f@cking nerve!! 😡 😡
Bro you're crazy this shit was the only fight in the game I turned my diff down to story mode for 😭
This fight was alot easier than the 2 ogdo bogdo fight
Just curious how many attempts did you have to do? I had like 10 on GM
Don't think I kept count, but it was many. There were numerous occurrences where I had to intentionally reset because the mogu enemy would fall through the map....and that just didn't feel right.
@@absurdities_7869 I had that happened once but the attempt I did where I won all three were present. Also which ones worse? The double rancor or the oggdo twins?
@@Azrael935 Perhaps the frogs; if they stagger charge attacks I'd get hit by the second while still descending from the jump to dodge the first charge.
I agree on the Oggdos being worse than the Rancor. They suck lol. I just did the double Oggdo and this force tear from the video on GM last night.
How did you do that ?
Why do you force push? Does it aggro them or something?
Mostly to feel in control. 😜 Really though, just to reset their animations / position them better for space management.
@@absurdities_7869 Makes sense. Really good fight! I got better at playing just by watching you. Thanks!
