Not clear. When back abs is off does the abs light supposed to blink while riding?
Yes. From technical reason it is blinking once per few seconds when the bike is moving.

I'm in the uk, so I had a look at rugged roads uk but can't see them on there, thay did have the tft one but out of stock, I need the 4 pin Euro 4 one.

I can't buy from your site because I'm in the UK, rugged roads don't sell the Euro 4 version yet.
Can it be used while riding or is it only working while standing?
On Tenere with black/white LCD dashboard you can control rear ABS also during riding.
Off-road mode (rear+front ABS off) can be controlled only when the bike is still.
