To avoid your air filter to be dirty just at the end of the plastic tube, cut by about half of an inch the tip of that plastic tube for a better air flow. And better than that, just get a pre-filer, so easy to maintenance and clean
Nice list, and all nice upgrades! I have a bunch of stuff from Camel ADV.....would like more!! Asked you about those Ride-It levers on an earlier video, still need to make that happen! Ride hard....ride safe!!🤘
That is a good bit of work you've done. I really like the crash bars and how they protect all that up top like that. I can see how your talking about the shifting if a hard enough hit though. Hopefully you get a lot of use out of it this year!
Right, I finally want to ride the damn bike
Mold a piece of kydex to fill the hole left by raising the wind screen. Made a world of difference
Your rear tire looks badass on the t7!
I’m happy with, probably the most affordable ADV tire on the market currently
you know the Japanese have been bamboozling you when the china KOVE 450 comes with race spec suspension right out of the box.
Really interest in the 800x Rally they have coming to the market.
I think Kove is hopefully going to bring new life into the “what you get for your money” game in this industry. Jap bikes have been stale for a long time.
Very nice video. I’m thinking of getting a T7. It’s tempting
I've had a few ADV bikes and tried to modify a KLX 300, and currently a Husky 501, I highly recommend the T-7. Recently got the T-7 and I'm selling my 890 Adventure S and possibly the 501.
@@pinkiewerewolf I currently have a klr650 and a Harley Davidson street glide. Thinking of trading in the Street Glide and getting a T7. Love my klr650. Be nice to have a more highway friendly adv bike. How's the t7 do on highways (70-80mph) wanting something I can take from the highways.. to dirt tracks.
@@black_widow_overland The T7 is a great bike for pavement to trail riding. I have a 2018 KLR 650 that I’ve been modding and I had a Gen 1 for a while, the T7 is better in both scenarios, dirt or road, though the Gen 1 KLR isn’t bad on the dirt with some mods but nowhere as good on the road.
On the highway I feel like a right lane rider on the KLR, even the Gen 2, but the T7 is very capable, even in the SF Bay traffic. The only thing the T7 could use is a bit more fuel capacity and a cruise control.
I have a 2017 Ultra Classic, the T7 and KLR are no match for that on long distance two-up trips.
Awesome video mate!
Thank you, appreciate the comment.
@@AdventureTomek how do you go picking it up off road? They fall so flat
Hi man , Great video, about the air filter try Throtle Punks from Czech Republic, I have it and more than happy.
I'll check it out! Thanks
I had the same fear about the front crash bar mount under the headlight so I ditched the crash bars for aftermarket plastics and mounted bags directly to the plastics
I may go that route, was considering the RTech Plastic kit
very good review
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice bro
Thank you!
have you tried the rhinowalk bags with motoes racks? any photos? thank you :)
I have not had a chance yet, have been swamped with real life work. Fingers crossed I’ll get to do a MotoCamp trip here soon.
Your T-7 is looking mean!
Love the Camel ADV parts. I'm gathering a bunch of their products for my T-7. If someone has a first Gen 890 Adventure, the Camel ADV Neck Brace is a mandatory piece of kit to stabilize/reinforce the headlight/windshield cluster. Their skid plate was sold out , so I'm going to give Molecule Motorsports a go.
I don't think I'll end up going with a full exhaust system but I think I will go with the high pipe to protect the swingarm.
Keep an eye out for upcoming video, I ordered the cheapest high mid pipe off Ali Express. $95. Just to see if it’s worth anyone’s time.
@@AdventureTomek I’ll definitely be watching for that one. 👍
Is there any video of the installation of the turn signals how did you install them ? Thanks :)
I don't believe I do.... but here is a decent link one czcams.com/video/03PhSY4grFE/video.html
THE REAR BRAKE. Just bleed the system, use a vacuum tool and pump the brakes until you push atleast a couple resivors of volume through it with both vacuum and petal action
It’s nothing do with the brake fluid/line. It is the design of the brake pedal.
@AdventureTomek You sure about that bud? I have indpected/ serviced more than a few, and they all have massive amounts of air in the system. The short throw lever might mask the issue.... but your brakes are in an unsafe condition still. Bleeding the air out makes the rear brake feel like you would expect. if you have any experience with bikes you get on one of these and immediately think wtf.
@@john0270 before buying the new piece, I did bleed the rear brake line.
The new brake pedal in my option is a massive improvement.
Ride one with a Camel ADV brake fix and let me know what you think.
@@AdventureTomek 100% agree with you on this one....massive improvement!
Nice bike. Just an FYI, aluminum footpegs are a horrible idea, alluminum does not bend, it snaps off. You could have microscopic fractures in those footpegs and someday they will jsut snap off, could kill you.
Always use oem steel or titanium footpegs.
6061 Billet Aluminum
So much needed for these bikes to meet the competition. Price isn't worth it anymore.
Yes on purchase price alone. You by the Yamaha for the reliability
KTM 790 cam failures should confirm this decision.
I own a 2021 T7 and it certainly is not perfect. I need cruise control personally
Any issues with the quad lock and your iPhone? I’ve read the T7 and MT07 eat phones regardless of what mount you use?
I’m pretty sure my camera is becoming defective. I might upgrade and just keep the new one off my bars
Nice exhaust bro not bad can i have the link about your exhaust in Aliexpress

it's pretty strange that u got these big bulbs blinkers on your 2023 model. i also have the 2023 model and already got these led blinkers right from scratch.
Are you in the USA 🇺🇸?, they didn’t ship the updated models here until 2024
@@AdventureTomek nope: i'm from austria / EU
@@M.B.7.7. they sent us the leftovers
You should check your clutch free play.. it seems way too tight!!!
I’ll take a look.
use a dna filter with a dna stage 2 cup
I’ll have to check it out, have been recommended it multiple times
I will go for zontes 700 cheaper ❤
Cześć Tomek.
