Yeah it's pretty crazy how horrible the US is with taxes. That's what we get when our mantra is "outsource everything to private companies", the whole system becomes more complicated than it needs to be to justify gouging people for services. Most countries you get a text/email/letter saying "This is your tax info, confirm/deny" and that's it.

Well tourists are typically just enjoying a vacation or holiday and open to new and odd experiences, whereas locals are most likely going to, coming from, or currently at work/running errands that causes stress. Its not surprising that people relaxing are more friendly than people trying to get through the day

I believe a random group of people statistically have a greater than 50% chance of a matching birthday at 23 people, so he over shot those odds. Not a lot of Juneteenth birthdays out there, I suppose.

If your in a group of 23 randomly picked individuals, there's at least a 50% chance that at least two people share the same birthday (Not year, just month and day of the month.) Look up the birthday paradox
