IAS Abhishek sheds light on the fact that India has never believed in dominance but in leadership and how that has increased the opportunities for Indians to create a life for themselves.

He is a suspended IAS officer who got suspended because he was irresponsible. He didn't attend his office in UP for more than 60 days without notice and is more inclined towards an acting and modelling career. Look at his unbuttoned shirt; even an ex-IAS or suspended officer should follow protocols and dress appropriately. This shows his laid-back attitude and non-seriousness. He is a perfect example of parental pressure on his kids. He is always wanted to be an actor.

What an intellectual conversation! Abhishek Singh has gained wisdom which is rare for people his age. It is clear that he has gained wisdom from courageous acts. Being myself an author and coach, I know such wisdom will never come without courage. Raj has done a commendable job by holding this conversation. A must watch!

IN the end people wants to be happy, there is no end to which what humans want. War are happening because people wants to capture resources of other. if people get collective and march for space than humans may reach to new level. but sad part is without bloodshed humans or any animal dont tend to change. Selfsatisfaction is more important why to be no. 1 in the world , when you can get all those things that world leaders have in few crores. Dont fall to such type of podcast. If all humans strive for one post that will cause war. Always choose collective progress over yourself.

Inhe koi ye btaye ki UP, Bihar se government job me maximum log isiliye aate h kyuki yahan sabse jyda garibi h... Koi bhi business bina capital ke start nhi hota... Aur koi bhi bank bina assets ke loan nhi deta business ke liye.. To garibi se niklane je liye competitive exams hi best option bachta h

If you can't start business, then you can go to private jobs too.
Just apply common sense. You are saying that UP and Bihar are poor and it's almost impossible to start a bootstrapped business. This means the government is poor too. This means that from a population of 35 karore total, not even 25 lakh government jobs exists. And number of UP Biharis working in central government jobs are less than 1 karore.
This means majority of the people will anyway have to work in private sector. So why not focus on skills which are marketable. Instead of wasting 10-20 years on government job preparation. Skills that can be used to produce goods and services of value, either for domestic consumption or export.
South Korea and Japan are more resource poor than UP but they focus on real skills and real production of quality goods which they export to the world and import raw materials, food and energy.
Being poor should be the greatest excuse to study something useful like mathematics, actuary, finance, electrical engineering, video editing, or machining, etc. If you study hard for 5-10 years and become an actuary, then you will literally be welcomed into USA, UK, Australia and Canada.
