- I headed out to Saalbach to ride the Ransom for the very first time, to say it rips is an understatement, here is a full #RAW lap from the longest trail in the valley, 7kms of flowy fun - The Hacklberg!!!

This is the first raw video that I have watched with the new xtr hub on the bike and it sounds amazing.

Yes, it can be the most scenic. And with my style of riding and skill level I had much more time to admire it each time I rode it last year... ;) Your speed is insane. And you did that gap over the stream by the road! (7:20)
@4.56 I thought you were about to hit a strand of wire fencing! But I guess it was a wand counting the number of bikers and hikers passing through using the trail?
These electric gates keep cattle out of the trail. The cows are large enough to always touch both wires, which completes the circuit and gives them a little shock. Unsurprisingly, they don't like that, but it works.

Really nice video! I am considering driving this trail myslef, although I am a bit woried, that I will block other faster riders. I don't drive that slow, but I can't jump. Does anyone now how much ,,traffic" there normally is on that trail?
Do not worry. I did in high season and just meet like 3 riders or so. Most of us are medium level

I have seen you riding @hackelberg . Have you tried the Bergstadl-Trail? More technical but I like it more than the Hackelberg. Hackelberg is to boring. The view is better on the Bergstadl Trail. The best part, you have the trail for you alone, almost nobody rides that trail.
