Thank you for your comment. The service charges depend on square meters, so it depends. There is a possibility to buy an extra parking place also. (One parking is included in price). About the possibility to buy a villa - it is true, but it will not be a villa waterfront. For example, the 300 meters behind this urbanisation there is one that we will make video in 2 weeks, where prices start from 250 000 Euros and also as you wrote about villas in this area some 10 minutes drive from here will cost 400 000 Euros.
