The elevator goes up at practically the same speed gravity makes things fall. ( Just under ten feet a second) Uber cool!

What's the property taxes and the community fees?

The property tax will be up to 1000 euros per year, depending on the area of the apartment. The community fee will cost about 300 euros per month. The figures are not yet accurate as the management company has not been formed.

This is not an exact pricing (yet) but it will approx. be around: about 300€/month community fees, IBI/SUMA (property tax) about: 400€/year and garbage collection: 140€/year. For comparison another nearby building (Sunset Waves) has the following pricing: 130€/month community fees, about 700€/year IBI/SUMA, and 120€/year garbage collection. These are prices from the beginning of 2021 so things could have been changed by now.
